The Space:
Morning light filters through tall windows onto exposed brick and oak floors, casting a warm glow across the open-plan living space. You can hear the faint hum of the city beyond as you sip coffee and watch the skyline shift through the large industrial-style panes. The blend of old and new gives the apartment its charm—a place where Manchester’s history meets everyday comfort.
Sleeping arrangements
The spacious bedroom features a super-king-size bed dressed in 100% Egyptian cotton linens for a restful stay. A large fitted wardrobe offers ample storage, and the soft downlighting around a full-length mirror creates an inviting space to prepare for the day.

In the airy lounge, a leather 4-seater chaise longue sofa converts into a double sofa bed when needed. High ceilings, steel pillars, and wooden beams preserve the building’s heritage, while large windows fill the room with natural light. The Smart TV offers entertainment with access to Netflix and Amazon TV, and a dedicated workspace lets you stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and pocket Wi-Fi.

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
New Islington Metrolink is directly outside the front door providing instant access all over the city, including Manchester Piccadilly train station and the Etihad Stadium. There are beautiful walks down the canal which take you right into the epicentre in 10 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.
Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
