A beautiful coastal cottage in characterful Portmahomack. Everything you want and need from a holiday cottage is provided by Well Cottage and its location.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Freeview TV Ensuite: Walk-In Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Separate Toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available. Welcome pack.. Enclosed garden with small lawned area, twin level decking, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 small or 1 large car; alternative public car park, free of charge. No smoking. Please note: There are 10 steps in the garden. This property has a security deposit of £100.. Well Cottage is tucked away in the characterful village of Portmahomack, enjoying a lovely situation next to a village church and the Carnegie village hall. Well Cottage was originally a bakery in the 19th century, and the old well beside the property supplied all the water needed for baking. The local pub, shop and beach are all within a stone’s throw from the cottage.
Well Cottage is attractive from first glance, and it keeps on giving as you enter inside the property. The coastal theme is tastefully finished and interesting throughout, all rooms are white and bright, making the most of the coastal light. There are two spacious bedrooms, both with beautifully finished en-suite shower rooms. The open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and living room is a lovely, spacious and bright area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring. The garden has been cleverly landscaped with decking to provide guests with a sea view across the rooftops of Portmahomack.
Well Cottage keeps on giving and Portmahomack does the same, together offering a lovely coastal retreat in a charming village location. Portmahomack is the only eastern Scottish village that faces due west and is famed for its stunning sunsets. It’s easy to see why people want to return to The Port! After a stay in Well Cottage you are sure to want to return to the beautiful village of Portmahomack. Beach 100 yards. Pub 120 yards.

A £100 security deposit will be taken by the owner during the week before travel this will be refunded after the property is checked and all is satisfactory. The owner will send BACS payment details.
If bringing a dog we would stress that you should not allow your pet on the furniture or in the upstairs area and bedrooms or left in the property on their own. We provide cleaning equipment and sticky roller to remove dog hair.
