Theaked Stones is a magnificent cottage with views to match, situated just a few minutes away from the market town of Leyburn. Cosy yet contemporary, it provides the perfect setting for families, couples or friends to venture out into the great Yorkshire Dales.

This charming cottage is complemented by superb views and even better local culture. Whether you’re looking to stretch your legs on a walking holiday or perhaps leave the bustle of the city behind as you relax the mind in the tranquil atmosphere of the great British countryside.

Inside you will find a well-equipped kitchen and breakfast area, perfect for communal mornings. A separate dining room means there’s ample room for everyone to enjoy an evening meal together in comfort. The sitting room's cosiness is only enhanced by a warming gas stove which will ensure a delightful stay no matter what the season. Upstairs you will find three timeless bedrooms, a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room. There is certainly no shortage of outdoor seating, with tables and chairs situated at the front and back of the property. In the courtyard to the rear, you will also find a barbecue, ideal for those long summer nights.

Master bedroom
With a 6' super-king size zip-and-link bed, which can be offered as full-size twin single beds (please specify preferred option on booking), bedside cabinets, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom two
With a 5’ king-size bed, bedside cabinets, single wardrobe with shelving and chest of drawers.
En-suite shower room
With a shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom three
With 3' twin beds, bedside cabinets and double wardrobe.
Family bathroom
With wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and single step up to bath and over head shower.

Outside:
Gravelled seating area at the front of the cottage with garden furniture for six guests.
Paved courtyard to the rear of the cottage with seating area and barbecue.

Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
