Baia Caddinas is the famous residential area on the outskirts of charming Golfo Aranci. Golfo Aranci is situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sardinia, characterized by white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea and beautiful horizon bordered by the unique contour of the island of Tavolara and the majestic Cape of Capo Figari. The town is characterized by numerous beaches.
The destination is ideal for families and relaxing holidays, sports (a variety of water activities and excursions).
It is located just 8 km from Porto Rotondo, 20 km from Olbia and 25 km from the Costa Smeralda.
This magnificent apartment has been furnished with fine furniture and it has a double bedroom with sea view, a bathroom with a shower, large living room with sofa-bed (for one adult or 2 children) and fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a private parking and a large panoramic terrace with a table and chairs, where you can comfortably eat while admiring the sea view.
Ideal for up to 3 adults or a couple with 2 kids.
The apartment is also equipped with free wifi. Small pets are allowed.

Wonderfully Restful

The villa is excellent. It is situated in a small complex with a fabulous view of the Tyrrhenian Sea from from the terrace. You can enjoy dinner and drinks on the terrace and also watch the ferries coming and going to both Olbia and Golfo Aranci. We found the villa to be well equipped and as advertised. The kitchen is well appointed and we had everything we needed to cook dinner. It is only a short walk from the villa to the local beach. It was very convenient to be able to walk to the beach and not have to drive. If you are adventuresome, the inland of Sardegna is worth exploring. There are lovely small towns, wine tasting (including a wine museum in Berchidda) and fascinating Nuraghic settlements.

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Die Wohnung überzeugt nicht nur durch eine atemberaubende Aussicht aus einem großen und gut eingerichteten Balkon, sondern auch durch eine sehr gute Lage und moderne Ausstattung. Fußweg zum nahliegenden Strand dauert weniger als drei Minuten. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt, Reaktion auf Fragen sehr schnell. Aufgrund der Flugverspätung sind wir spät in der Nacht angekommen. Dennoch war der Empfang einwandfrei vom Vermieter organisiert. Vielen Dank an Evgeniya an die wertvollen Tips bezüglich der Umgebung von Golfo Aranci. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und planen es ernsthaft, wieder zu kommen.

Perfection

We have just returned from staying at this incredible property last week. We honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay. The neighborhood is immaculate with such beautiful greenery and flowers. The location is very close to many beaches, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy, and has most of what you could need. DO NOT miss out on seeing this view from the veranda! It is breath taking and one of our favorite parts of our stay. Vittoria was so kind and helpful. She was able to accommodate our late arrival flawlessly and we are so grateful for that. We would stay here over and over again! 10/10!

Prettige ontvangst, mooi ruim en schoon huisje. Vittoria is er erg op gericht om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Zij is makkelijk en snel te bereiken. Het huis heeft een mooi balkon waar je heerlijk kan zitten.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön , lichtdurchflutet, freundlich , ein herrlicher Blick! Wir waren ungestört . Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, Ablauf reibungslos. Nur dass wir bei 5 Min. Verspätung (Flugzeug hatte Verspätung) nochmal 30 eur zahlen mußten, das war nicht korrekt

Sehr schönes Appartement in angenehmer Umgebung.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in dem Appartement. Nach unseren Ausflügen - die Küste hoch und runter - sind wir zu dem Entschluß gekommen, daß es für uns in Baia Caddinas am schönsten ist. Super Ausblick vom Appartement, Strand und nettes Restaurant in paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, unkomplizierte und freundliche Vermieter. Kein Schnäppchen, aber auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, traumhafter Ausblick, ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral. Mit dem Auto erreicht man den Ort oder den Strand in 10 Minuten.

amazing view and great location

Pictures are not as good as what it is, the view on the golf of Aranci is fantastic, the terrace gives to the flat a fantastic atmosphere, just a few minutes away by walk to the beach and only 5 min by car from the beautiful spiaggia bianca.

più a casa che in affitto

abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in luglio e direi che tutto è stato perfetto. Pulizia sopra la media. Gentilissima la signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi e ci ha illustrato come funzionavano le attrezzature di casa. Appartamento vicino alla spiaggia con vista sul mare. Vicino a un ristorante con possibilità di asporto direi buono. All'arrivo in frigo una bottiglia di spumante e di acqua minerale che sono state molto apprezzate. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante e zona tranquilla per i rumori esterni. Parcheggio auto privato a 5 metri dalla porta d'entrata Il prezzo per l'affitto è un po' sopra la media ma direi che ne vale la pena vista la qualità dell'immobile. Unico consiglio per il proprietario:aggiungere un forno a microonde in quanto pur essendoci un forno perfettamente funzionante dubito che sia mai stato usato. Sicuramente da consigliare e penso che ci ritorneremo Giorgio

komfortables, schönes Appartement mit Aussicht

Das Appartement hat nicht nur eine traumhafte Aussicht von dem großen überdachten Balkon, sondern verfügt über eine komfortable und Schöne Ausstattung. Die Gastfreundlichkeit des Vermieters rundet den Aufenthalt auf Sardinien ab. Ich würde selber wieder hinfahren und es auch immer weiterempfehlen. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um einen entspannten, stilvollen und eindrucksvollen Urlaub auf Sardinien zu erleben.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

A perfect place to come down and relax

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. We were warmly welcomed by real italian Rita and felt comfortable from the first moment. The view in the morning when you wake up is spectactular- you will miss it when you are back home! Franco was a really kind host! Sardegna we will be back!!

Geschmackvolle Wohnung mit wunderbarem Meerblick

Sehr zu empfehlen. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Geschmackvoll und mit freundlichen, hellen Möbeln eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wunderbarer Meerblick und Blick auf die Tavolara. Auto kann in einem abgesperrten Bereich abgestellt werden. Gegen Nachmittag keine direkte Sonne, was im Sommer sehr vorteilhaft ist. Strand ist zu Fuss erreichbar, aber auch idealer Ausgangspunkt um die zahlreichen wunderschönen Strände Sardiniens zu besuchen (Geheimtipp Cala Moresca). Daher ist ein Auto ein Muss. Golfo Aranci ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, auch für einen Abendbummel (im Juli jeden Abend Mark mit schönem Handwerk). Schöne Promenade. Wir kommen wieder.

Vista mare indimenticabile

L’appartamento Molara 3 è arredato con gusto, pulito, molto curato nei dettagli e dotato di ogni confort. Le foto non tradiscono per niente le aspettative … anzi dal “vivo” è ancora meglio. La vista dalla veranda sul Golfo Aranci, goduta nelle diverse ore del giorno, è di per sé uno spettacolo mozzafiato che non ti stancheresti mai di guardare. Situato in una zona residenziale tranquilla ed elegante, di notte non si è mai disturbati. La spiaggia è a circa 100 metri, piccola ma molto carina con un mare dalle tonalità meravigliose … il relax è assicurato! Nelle vicinanze c’è qualche baretto/ristorante, ma l’automobile è comunque indispensabile. Il proprietario, Franco, è molto gentile e disponibile così come la Sig.ra Rita che ci ha accolto dandoci alcune informazioni sugli eventi serali a Golfo Aranci e su cosa vedere nei dintorni. Sicuramente da consigliare!!!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung!

Diese wunderschöne Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen! Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ein absoluter Wohlfühlort. Einfach großartig ist der Ausblick von der Terrassen auf das Meer. Wenn man Urlaub ohne Auto machen möchte, wäre das kein Problem, weil Strand usw. zu Fuß erreichbar sind, aber ein Auto lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Liebe Irma, ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen!
