Hello, I'm Mapy I was born in Sutri, a little village in the province of Viterbo, Lazio region, but I live abroad since 2007.
I bought this house because I wanted a nice place to stay when I come back to my little town. Considering I'm spending a lot of time away I thought to rent this house to those who would like to visit Sutri and the surrounding areas, live for a while in this typical Italian village, experience every moment and enjoy the beauties and of course the local food and wine.
You won't find the standard holiday home but you will find a place to stay and relax, you will find a Home!
I'm available to accommodate any of your requests, just ask :)
My purpose is to have guests happy and satisfied and to give them a lovely stay in Sutri.

The apartment is located on a typical street in the historic center of Sutri town, the street leads to the main square of the town where you can find bars, restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, a bank, and everything you will need during your stay. The square is considered one of the most beautiful Italian squares, in the center you can admire the beautiful fountain in Baroque style. Since the Middle Ages and still, up to the present, the square is the central fulcrum of the social and political life of the city of Sutri. In this beautiful landscape, you can taste an aperitif or enjoy typical sutrini dishes and be immersed in the tranquility that only a pedestrian area can give to its visitors.

At 150 meters you can find the beautiful Park of Antichissima Citta’ di Sutri, an archaeological park where you can admire the Roman Amphitheater, the Mitreo, the Church of Santa Maria del Tempio, the Savorelli Villa of the XVIII century and the Etruscan necropolis. The Park is a must-see and you can’t miss either the Doebbing Palace Museum, just beside the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, which is located 160 meters from the house. The Museum was the episcopal see until 1986, today is a huge ancient building with a modern charm, with different saloons for a total area of 1000 meters.
