Villa Elides is located in Phylaki village, which is close to Episkopi village, where there are restaurants, cafes, supermarket, etc. Episkopi Beach is only 5,5 km away and it is full of beach bars and restaurants. Only 15' away and through a lovely route in the countryside, you are able to visit Argiroupoli, a village where you can enjoy the authentic Cretan cuisine by the view and the sound of Argiroupoli's waterfalls. ΄
Kournas Lake is only 10 kilometers away. There, you will find lots of restaurants and cafes both in the lake and in the village. You can have fun and enjoy a ride with water bicycles in the lake.
The beautiful town of Rethymno is only 20km away. You should definitely walk in the streets of the old town, where the old houses with the venetian doors and the minarets will take you on a journey through time. A plethora of restaurants, cafes and shops are waiting for you to explore them. At the edge of the old town you can visit Fortezza Castle, where you can enjoy the spectacular view. A stop to the Archeological museum and the Folklore Museum of Rethymno will complete your visit.
Chania town is 50km away, where you can enjoy the local market and various stores for shopping. At the venetian port there is a beautiful Egyptian lighthouse, the Maritime Museum of Crete, the Venetian Shipyards, the Küçük Hasan Mosque and the Chania Sailing Club - Neorio Moro.
