Summary:
Welcome to this beautiful family home in Sidcup next to popular Avery Hill Park!
This is a lived in family home, with all its characteristics. It offers plenty of space for you and your family, with a huge garden where you can play with the kids. The house also offers a play room!
It accommodates 4 adults, a toddler and we also have a travel cot. Free parking within easy reach!
Available for short or long stays.

The Space:
This is a big live in family home in a quite street and easy access to the stations.
There are 2 bus stops outside a short ride away from the closest stations as well as easy free parking nearby.
As you enter the house, you have on the ground floor the huge open plan kitchen with sofa, tv and dinning area as well as a bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen faces the huge back garden, where some children toys will be available so you can watch the kids whilst preparing fabulous kitchen in this well equipped kitchen!
On this floor, you will also have a play room where toys and books are available.
On the first floor you have the bedrooms and another bathroom with bath. There are two double bedrooms, one comes with a desk too if you need to work from home. The third bedroom has the toddler bed. We might be able to provide a travel cot if needed, please do let us know as soon as you can.
We provided bed linen and towels at the beginning of your stay!
Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole house including garden.
The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet and residential neighborhood. Eltham town is a short bus/car ride and there are plenty of options to dine, shop and beautiful places to visit.
Famous Avery Hill park is a short walk as well as Royal Blackheath Golf club is also a 10 minute drive away!
Other Things to Note:
