Chi Lowen – Sleeps 8 – Parking – Garden –Dog Friendly
Chi Lowen, meaning House of Joy, has been refurbished to provide contemporary spacious accommodation for eight people. Arranged over two floors with on-site parking for three cars, Chi Lowen is a dog friendly, stylish and modern four-bedroom holiday home ideal for families.
The open plan living/kitchen and dining area is bright and airy with a large Smart TV, which can be enjoyed from the large sumptuous and fashionable sofa. Luxurious soft furnishings highlight the room.
There is a Utility Room just off the kitchen area where you will find a washing machine
There is an added bonus of an extra living room on the ground floor again with a Smart TV and cosy sofa and chair with sliding doors leading out to the garden.
The kitchen is well equipped with a Gas Hob and Electric Oven, Fridge, Freezer and built-in Microwave and Dishwasher. There is a beautiful dining table which is perfect for those lazy breakfasts or casual dinners and a breakfast bar with two stools is a perfect addition.
Chi Lowen has four good size bedrooms. Located on the Ground floor, the Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, ample storage and is decorated with a blue and white colour palette, giving the room a calm and tranquil feel.
Two further bedrooms are located on the first floor. One is a twin bedroom, and one is a single bed with a pull-out trundle bed (suitable for children only). Please also note in this room there is a sloping ceiling which has limited headroom.
There is also a double bedroom on the first floor.
All rooms are decorated to a high standard and have a light, airy crisp feel to them.
This holiday home has two contemporary bathrooms.
On the Ground Floor there is a bath and overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin.
There is also another Shower Room with cubicle on the first floor with wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
There is a charming, enclosed garden to the rear of the holiday home with astroturf, seating and a decking area which is perfect for a barbeque or to enjoy a glass of wine, dine al fresco and enjoy the Cornish sunshine.
There is also the added advantage of on-site parking for three cars.
