Semiso Beach Suites

Semiso Beach Suites is a newly built complex just 100 meters away from the endless beach of Kavros. It consists of 5 spacious and fully equipped apartments all with very comfortable balconies in order to enjoy the sun.

All apartments provides free Wi-fi, air-conditioning, smart TV and safe. There is also private parking for every guest. Also, there is a shared washing machine.

Apartments
There is a 72 square meters apartment can accomodate up to 7 people. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, a large sofa bed for two persons and the posibility of an extra bed. The kitchen provides all the necessary equipment to prepare any meal you would like. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and of course towels and shampoo. It has a 80 sq.m. balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
The other 4 apartments are 60 square meters each and can accomodate up to 5 people. Each apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed , a large sofa bed for two persons and the posibility of an extra bed. The kitchen provides all the necessary equipment to prepare any meal you would like. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and of course towels and shampoo. All of them have 13 sq.m. balcony.
In every apartment we can provide portable baby’s bed, baby food chair ( high chair ), baby bath, baby rocking chair if it is needed.

About the area
Just a few meters away you will find super market, gas station, candy store. Only 50 meters away is the bus station for Chania, Rethymno or Heraklion and in 100 meters you will find the wonderful, long sandy beach that extends to the city of Rethymnon. The sandy beach is very well organized with umbrellas, sunbeds, showers and beach bars. Guests can enjoy the clear sea, the hot sun, the blue sky, and try some water sports.
Kavros is a medium-sized, seaside village located 45 km east of Chania, 18 km west of Rethymnon and 3 km east of Georgioupolis. The village is very well organized and all the necessary tourist facilities are offered to visitors. There are shops, mini markets, pharmacies, taverns, restaurants and bars in the village center.

Kavros is an ideal place to stay as it is close to the center of Crete making it easy to visit most of the sights of the island. One of the most attractive spots in the area is Kournas Lake (4 kilometers away), the only natural freshwater lake in Crete. It is a Protected Area with amazing landscape which has been included in the Natura 2000 network.

You can also visit Georgioupolis, a waterfront village with sandy beach , all kind of shops, beach bars. Additionally Argiroupoli village which is a well-known village for the small spring waterfalls and the amount of the great, traditional taverns under the big trees!

At your arrival we will be there to welcome you and help you with anything you may need. It will be our pleasure to give you information and advices for places to visit and activities to do. We will be at your disposal 24/7!

During your stay we can provide you suggestions for daily excursions in groups such as visits to famous and beautiful beaches like Elafonisi, Balos, Preveli Palm Beach or olive and wine tasting, visits to museums and traditional Cretan Villages. We can also arrange for you private excursions wherever you wish. We provide you suggestions for private boat trips to unique beaches or events on board and we can arrange it for you. We can book tickets for you for visits to Greek islands like Santorini, Mykonos, Paros and arrange your stay there.

Other services and activities
We can also do the shopping for you, before your arrival, in order to find all the necessaries in the house. You can order Yoga mat sessions at the villa during your stay in order to relax in your private place or professional massage at the villa. You can have the chance to have a Dj in the villa or have latin, traditional dance lessons by professional teacher.
You can ask your own private chef on your holidays. You will enjoy prepared meals to your liking and you could taste different cuisines like traditional Cretan dishes, Greek or International cuisine.
