Villa independiente súper impresionante y moderna con piscina privada en una ubicación fantástica cerca de la playa y de las comodidades en la encantadora ciudad de Los Alcázares.



Este nuevo desarrollo de 41 villas independientes que ofrece 3 dormitorios y 2 baños totalmente equipados. El alojamiento se distribuye en 3 plantas con un dormitorio y baño en la planta baja, cocina americana (totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos) con barra americana / comedor y salas de estar con grandes puertas que dan a la terraza con piscina privada. Otros 2 dormitorios con baño compartido, terraza y acceso al solárium privado en la azotea se encuentran en el primer piso. Hay armarios empotrados en todos los dormitorios y los baños están completamente equipados con muebles, ducha y mamparas. El espacio exterior está completamente embaldosado con una piscina privada.



Los Alcázares tiene 2 campos de golf y numerosas plazas con una gran cantidad de bares y excelentes restaurantes a solo 400 m de estas casas y a solo 200 m se encuentran la playa y el paseo marítimo a orillas del 'secreto mejor guardado' de España, el Mar Menor o mar pequeño, famoso por sus cálidas aguas terapéuticas, perfectas para niños y amantes de los deportes acuáticos. El aeropuerto de Murcia está a 10 minutos y Alicante a solo 45 minutos en coche.

Lovely villa, great location!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was fantastic! Very clean, great location, very comfortable beds and sofa… in-fact there was nothing to fault but the issue was that there were security cameras facing directly into the downstairs bedroom window and 1 overlooking the pool.

I understand your concern about the cameras, and I can confirm that they are switched off when the property is occupied in line with local laws and standards. Anyone wishing to book this villa can be assured of this, but in fact we have decided to place covers over them in future for your added peace of mind.

Great location. Brenda and Joe were brilliant and very helpful. We had a great stay. Pool wasn’t heated so we didn’t use as it was too cold. Close to all amenities.

Lovely relaxing break at a 5* villa

The villa had everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Pool was a good size, bedrooms were lovely and the roof terrace was amazing. Great location only 5 minutes to the beach one way and 5 minutes in the other direction to all the shops and bars. Damien and his team were extremely accommodating and made sure our stay was lovely. Another set of keys please. A bit awkward with just one set of keys.

Excellent Villa in Ideal Location

The Villa first is in a idillic location, 2 minute walk to a supermarket, 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the square with all the bars and restaurants you would need. The Villa is beautifully modern, swimming pool and 3 outdoor areas to relax and unwind in the sun. The bedroom are spacious and very comfortable. The living room and kitchen have everything you need to make you stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The resort team are great at communicating, Damain is on hand to help out in any way he could. 10/10 will definitely be back. N/A

The villa was top of the market, furniture, beding, kitchen and equipment. The house was very cold for a few days until we warmed it up so maybe some preheating. Another set of bed linen would have made life easier for sure, and an extra quilt for the winter holiday makers.

Liked: proximity to promenade and beach, good local restaurants. Villa was spacious and modern. Key holder Damian was helpful and approachable. Room for improvement: Villa was superficially clean but in need of a deeper clean. A number of the soft furnishings are worn and faded and in need of upgrading. Villa overlooks waste land so not very pretty outlook when sitting outdoors.

Quality furniture and comfortable beds & fittings. Outdoor seating also good quality. Better equipment for keeping floors clean inside, the only ones available were used for outside so dusty and dirty. A dish drainer would be useful. Large absorbent door mat to avoid slipping when coming out of the pool and back into the villa. Two sets of keys if multi families staying, we only got one set which caused several problems, someone had to stay up to let others back in at night.

Ich war mit meinem Sohn (15 Jahre jung) für einige Ferientage in dieser Villa in Los Alcazares. Natürlich viel Raum und Grösse für 2 Personen. Haben das Haus, Umgebung genossen. Der Pool ist natürlich fantastisch! Auch die Dach-Terasse mit viel Platz einfach super. Können die Villa nur empfehlen. Würden wieder dort hingehen für Urlaub. Peter I stayed in this villa in Los Alcazares with my son (15 years old) for a few days of vacation. Lots of space and size for 2 people, of course. Enjoyed the house and surroundings. The pool is of course fantastic! Also the roof terrace with lots of space just great. Can only recommend the villa. Would go there again for vacation. Peter

Very nice house with all necessary equipment - good location and easy access to restaurants etc. We would like to particularly compliment Brenda and Joe from Parasol Property Management. The few times we needed to have their assistance, they were readily available and did all to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing you can do about it, however the heating is a bit of a problem. During our stay November/December, the eve/night temperatures were single digit resulting in the fact that the aircon heat had to be on for extended periods, and this quite inefficiently. We welcomed however the floor heating in the bathrooms. Ultimately, the construction of the house is definitely oriented for warmer temperatures.
