A few meters from the most important promenades of the city such as the Tappeiner promenade, Gilfpromenade, Lungo Passirio promenade and in December near here you will find the Christmas Market. You are almost in Via dei Portici and a few steps away from the Spa with its swimming pools and wellness centers ! The location of the apartment is ideal for those who want to discover the old town on foot! In Merano you have also the possibility to visit the Trauttmansdorff Castle of the princess Sissi with its unique gardens and museum, the majestic Castle Tyrol, Princely Castle, etc.. Do not miss this great opportunity! The location of our apartment gives you accessibility to all amenities (public transport, tourist office, etc.)! Numerous restaurants, bars, stores and typical restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. You are only 10 minutes walk from the train station, from here you can get to any tourist place!

Our apartment is ideal for up to 4 people, about 85 square meters and is located on the 4th floor of the building with elevator ! Composed of living room with sofa bed, hidden table/bench for meals and chairs, LCD TV with satellite (in the living room) and free WIFI . Here you have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a closet . The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, cutlery, glasses, kettle, coffee machine, pots and pans and all useful items for cooking. No food products (no sugar, salt, pepper etc.)! The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, bidet and SAUNA. Towels (face and shower) and sheets are included. At your request we provide a cot/cot (with sheets) at no extra charge. Final cleaning excluded.
