The caravan was lovely and clean, but we felt the gas oven was dangerous. The door handle was very hot and spring loaded, needed two people to retrieve the food inside. The main bedroom mattress was far too soft and the bed was low. You could feel the springs. Couldn’t use the plugs in the sink and wash basins, they wouldn’t stay down. We also had no electricity and heating. Needed to phone the holiday company. Storm Claudia didnt help. Good thing we had a torch and a candle

A Lovely Relaxing Sea View Lodge

A lovely clean bright spacious lodge with amazing sea views, it was so relaxing sitting on the veranda with a cup of tea in the mornings and the lodge was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. It was in a great location to explore Lowestoft, Southwold and South Pier/Beach which is only a 5 min drive away. The booking process was very easy and the Customer Service was excellent. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Relaxing getaway

Lovely lodge, so much space and the walking wardrobes are lovely. Sitting on the veranda and so close to the sea was wonderful

Contained everything we needed, very comfortable,having a sea view was great. We booked 2 more holidays for this lodge while staying there. Would have been nice if heating was on, as it was very cold in the lodge when we arrived. all in all very satisfied. Via

Really great stay thank you to concerned. As former top rated guest owners, constructive feedback, shower a little musky in the corner, no welcome folder with best place's for food and entertainment or sightseeing. No alarm clocks in bedrooms and no radio. We tried before we bought one and loved it. Ours is on order now. Thanks again

Place was amazing very clean and spacious and the view to die for. Only minor issue was not only was there no lock on the en-suite but there was no handle inside to even close the doors

Outstanding

What can I say......amazing. The service from start to finish has been exceptional. The accommodation was outstanding. I booked this for my sister to come for a visit and before they had even left we rebooked for next year. You cannot go wrong with this property, spacious, clean and the view is priceless. The only thing that let us down was the weather!!!

Full Marks

Excellent property. Everything was clean and new. Spacious rooms. Great view. The only thing missing was a shelf in bathroom to keep your toiletries and a wastebin in kitchen.
