Stuga Ragnhild by the Lake Nerbjärken With Rowboat

A perfect vacation getaway in Småland where you can enjoy what the lake and the forest has to offer all year round. It is situated about 13 km from Hultsfred Centrum at a forest farm called Brunsviks Gård.

A small rowboat is available for you during your stay.

The beach area and grill pit is shared with guests of Stuga Dagmar, your neighbor.

Talk about rebooting your senses. Leave your busy city life for a while and live in a wooden cabin among spruce, pine trees, etc. Being able to sleep and not hear white noise from traffic at night. Wake up during spring and summer to the sounds of the birds. Take the boat out to the lake and visit small islands, have picnic, or go fishing. Have you ever experienced crayfish-fishing in the fall?

Go hike in the forest. Pick raspberries, blueberries, wild berries, lingon berries, and mushrooms during summer/fall. Bake a blueberry pie or make some berry preserves courtesy of the forest. Enjoy the calmness and maybe even be inspired to write a book, or update your diary, perhaps? Enjoy quiet, romantic evenings. Create wonderful memories for your little ones. Then you can go back to your busy city life ...feeling refreshed. And perhaps miss the cabin just a little. =)

Stuga Ragnhild is a 54-sqm one plan wooden cabin, painted in the shade summer blueberry and white corners. It has two bedrooms, a shower/toilet room, a small open area for sitting, dining, and the kitchen. The soffa can be converted into a bed. On the side of the cabin is a veranda or an outside sitting area where you can enjoy a small bbq.

In the cabin, you will find basic ammenities such as:
-Washing Machine
-Dishwasher
-Refrigerator and freezer
-Stove and Oven
-Coffee Maker
-Electric kettle
-Microwave oven
-Toaster

-Toilet paper and kitchen towels
-an array of spices for cooking
-complimentary coffee, tea, sugar

-Vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items
-Life vests
-small outdoor grill and ash bin

Sorry, there is no TV in the cabin. But there is wifi.

Depending on availability, we can provide:
-Hair Dryer
-Travel cot or crib for infant
-High Chair
-Bath tub for infant

Things NOT INCLUDED in the rent and which are OPTIONAL costs:
- rent of bed linens and towels
- fishing license in the lake Nerbjärken
- cleaning services upon checkout
- crayfish-fishing license (available only during fall) in the lake Nerbjärken and rent of cages with chopped fish as baits

Guests can bring their bicycles, kayaks, boats, motor for the boat, and other equipments. You may bring your own fishing equipment should you opt to fish.

Pets are strictly NOT ALLOWED. Smoking indoors is strictly NOT ALLOWED. For smoking guests, we have an ash tray available. No unnecessary littering in the area.

The rowboat can take 4 persons at a time or 425kgs total weight of passenger.

Our expectation:
We expect our guests to be communicative. Especially when it comes to breakages or damages. Do not wait until your checkout time to report any incidents. We would like to resolve things and buy replacements as quickly as possible before the next guest arrives. Most of the time, we do not ask you for payment if it is small and when guests are nice and kind. =)

We expect our guests to properly dispose of their garbage. You might have heard or read that Sweden recycles nearly 99% of its garbage. It may or may not be true but we have two large green bins ( labelled 1 & 2) for Stuga Ragnhild guests. They are by the road for your trash and recycling. In each bin are 4 slots for different types of trash. So totalling 8 slots for (1)paper, (2)plastics, (3)metals/aluminum, (4)clear glass, (5)colored glass, (6)newspaper/magazine, and (7) food/leftovers. The last one is general trash where you put stuff that do not fit in the first 7 categories. Welcome to Sweden! =)

Guest Access:
Guests have the whole cabin to themselves.

The small storage near the trash bins is not for guests.

The beach area and the BBQ pit is shared with guests of Stuga Ragnhild, your neighbor.

Guest Interaction:
We are available when you need us at the property. We live on the other side of the lake so we can be there in a few minutes.
