A few steps away from leafy Holland Park, Somerset Square is the ideal family home to really get into the heart of this exclusive and upscale West London neighbourhood. Set over four levels, there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms, culminating in the master bedroom on the top floor, which has its own terrace as well as a light-filled ensuite bathroom with a standalone bath. The rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms can be found on the floors below, with the entrance level comprising a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and dining room that leads to a lovely walled garden, perfect for summer dining and early morning cups of tea. Dressed in a palette of understated neutrals with an abundance of sumptuous furnishings, classic accessories and family photographs that add a homely, personal touch, Somerset Square is a wonderful retreat to return to after a day spent exploring the delights of nearby neighbourhoods like Notting Hill and Kensington and, beyond that, the West End with its shops, restaurants and theatres.

- This home has air conditioning in the master, third and fourth bedrooms only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in the other bedrooms. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator. The fifth bedroom is accessed through the sitting room, it is partitioned off from the rest of the room by sound proofed doors. There is a sofabed in the fifth bedroom which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared. There is no storage in the fifth bedroom but there is a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the hall just outside the room. There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our destinations specialists if you wish to enquire about the space. There is restricted access to the double bed in the second bedroom.
