Hosting three bedrooms including a super-king-size with a Smart TV, a king-size with a Smart TV and a king-size with an en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, living area and sitting area, as well as an additional sitting room. Outside there is a courtyard to the rear and permit parking for one car. 25 Fairfax Place is a fantastic base for an activity-filled holiday to Devon.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 5 x Smart TVs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking permit for 1 car for use in an unallocated space in the Mayor's Avenue car park.Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta.
