Step off the deck into your own massive private heated pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C warmer than a pool that is not heated. It has a jacuzzi in the hot tub by Artesian Spas, or you can enjoy family games in the private garden, with a local skate park and sports centre just around the corner.



All the famous beaches and Albufeira old town is only a short 2 min taxi ride away or a leisurely 20-30 minute walk from the villa.



A modern kitchen with full appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven & microwave enables you to make the most of the indoor or outdoor dining areas whether for an early morning coffee or dining al fresco. The outdoor deck is the perfect place to enjoy Summer evenings & if you are celebrating a special occasion we can even arrange for a private chef to make the evening memorable!



A great choice for a family or friends up to 6 people as the villa has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with double bed bedroom located on the ground floor with it’s own separate full bathroom. Upstairs leads to the master en- suite bedroom overlooking the garden & a twin bedroom with another private full bathroom also leads out onto a terrace and patio with a state of the art designer Artesian Spas hot tub , capable of fitting 5-6 persons - perfect for catching the sun or cooling off and relaxing in the evening.



The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
