CASA VITTORIA se complace en darle la bienvenida, donde puede reservar su estadía en uno de los lugares más bellos de Italia o Rapallo, inmerso en las famosas Cinque Terre y aprovechar nuestros servicios y nuestra hospitalidad que hace que cada uno de nuestros clientes se sienta mimado y en casa
Nuestro apartamento finamente restaurado, acogedor y tranquilo se encuentra en el centro de Rapallo, en una excelente posición para visitar las hermosas atracciones turísticas de la Riviera de Liguria.

Desde la casa que representa una base cómoda y relajante, es muy fácil llegar al mar, las tiendas y todas las atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. La casa también ofrece excelentes conexiones de transporte público y la estación de tren, parada de autobús y puerto de ferry están cerca.

Finalmente, gracias a su posición estratégica, cerca de Portofino, Cinque Terre, Camogli y Génova, CASA VITTORIA es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de sus vacaciones, sin el estrés de conducir.
En el apartamento hay 4 amplios dormitorios, 1 amplio salón, cocina y 2 baños con ducha, un amplio salón y una bonita terraza equipada.

Best place in Rapallo

There were 7 of us & we had the best time in Rapallo. So close to everything & we absolutely loved our accommodation. Guisy was so good to deal with gave us lots of suggestions on where to visit & eat.

Great Apartment in a fantastic location

Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment for a week while visiting Italy this summer. The apartment was newly renovated and is beautiful. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment while visiting Rapallo.

Perfect location for a very comfortable stay

Spacious, airy, well-appointed apartment with balcony overlooking both the town and hills behind. Perfect location - few minutes walk to the station, promenade, shops, bars and restaurants. Giusy welcomed us warmly and everything went smoothly. There’s plenty to explore in Rapallo and it’s so easy to visit both Genoa and other places along the coast by train. We loved our time in Rapallo and intend to come back

Location and Luxury

The Victory House was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at. Centrally located near the downtown area of Rapallo, and just a couple minute walk to the ocean, we could not have asked for a better location. It was less than a five minute walk from the train station when we arrived, and we were greeted by a lovely hostess, who gave us the tour of the property, as well as a complimentary bottle of wine. Located on the fifth floor, it has a lovely view of the city and mountains that you can gaze at from a lovely balcony. Communication with the hostess was beyond easy. She was very responsive and helpful during the whole booking process. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great Place to Stay in Rapallo

We spent three weeks here after not having been to Rapallo before. First about location. Three minutes to the train station. Less than five minutes to the waterfront. Dozens and dozens of restaurants to choose from within ten minutes. Unless you must be on the water, this location is perfect. Fifth floor and elevator works well. Apartment is spacious. Wrap around balcony. TVs in every room. Giusy and Elena own businesses just a few blocks away and were responsive to every request. This is a wonderful place to stay in Rapallo.

This property delivered everything that waS promised in the listing. It’s beautiful, light-filled and spacious. We loved spending time on the terrace. The location is perfect. The street is quiet but close to everything that is good in Rapallo. It is just strips from the train station. Giusy is a responsive hostess.

Excellent accommodation in Rapallo

We stayed for one week in the very inviting Casa Vittorio...Everything was spotless when we arrived, a welcome bottle of wine as well! Guisy met us at rail station and directed us to our home for a week. She provided a complete packet of information for our stay with restaurants etc etc. The location is superb, with very close proximity to the sea and rail station. Neighborhood is quiet, and there are many options for food shopping and dining. Apartment is well equipped with all necessary appliances, modern and up to date. Fully airconditioned and very comfortable seating and beds. Building has elevator which is essential as apartment is on fifth floor, which provides the bonus of balcony with seating. We would highly recommend!! Thank you Giusy!!

Great space and balcony for morning coffee

This place is very comfortable. And easy access You can see the train station from the balcony but the trains are not that noisy Plus, if windows shut it’s really quiet You can hear the elevator in the front bedrooms… but only seemed to run later on Friday and Saturday nights. The sea is a 3 minute walk Tons of great little shops, restaurants, wine stores, grocery, butcher shop… all in a 3-4 minute walk The trash is right across the street. Made Italian trash system so much easier Elevator worked great 2 beds are hard Others less hard Showers had good water pressure They had detergent for us to use The soap and shampoo is not very good They had extra blankets and gave a good amount of stater coffee and tea. It was an enjoyable stay!

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Appartment. Lage im Ort und zum Bhf perfekt, wir haben das Auto nicht benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieterin, guter Kontakt, schnelle Antworten. Das Bad mit Fenster ist en Suite zu einem kleineren Schlafraum, bei kompletter Zimmerbelegung beachten.

Top appartement in het centrum van Rapallo

beschrijving klopt aan alle kanten! Superfijn royaal appartement in het hart van levendig Rapallo. Wij hebben de auto de hele 14 dagen niet 1x gebruikt! Guisy is een fijne verhuurder die uistekend bereikbaar is en kleine dingen direct oplost. Fijn adres !!

Beautiful big apartment, very very close to all Rapallo’s restaurants, shops and Mediterranean Sea

Were met at the door and shown through the spacious apartment, even offered easy parking option which was very helpful. Really easy to find. We loved our stay; the apartment was perfect, so clean and large. Was good for kids after big day and dinner, at night to relax. Really easy walking distance to everything that we never needed the car. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Convenient center of charming Liguian coastal town

Our three generation family of five found this a delightful spot to enjoy sun, food, and sea. Top floor apartment with great deck, space for all, and functional kitchen. Elevator to town at our doorstep. Secure parking for our car nearby. Enjoyed local food shopping, funicular to Basilique, and boat trip to San Fruttuoso and Portofino. Charmed we were.

Ottimo Soggiorno

Abbiamo trovato l'accoglienza di Giusy e della figlia estremamente cordiale e disponibile. La casa è molto grande e abbastanza ben attrezzata per tutte le necessità, eravamo in due famiglie di 4 persone e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di spazio. Bella palazzina, centralissima, attico con ascensore e vista. A portata di tutto, traghetti, treno, autostrada. Piccolo consiglio, sarebbe stato eccellente se ci fosse un pelo di cura in più dei dettagli, la casa in affitto è come il soggiorno in una struttura residenziale dove tutto deve funzionare, ci sono molte prese elettriche fuori uso o pericolose (senza placche), le docce meriterebbero un pelo più di attenzione (specialmente per il calcare accumulato), il set dei teli da bagno un pò andato, basterebbe un set uniforme per rendere il tutto eccellente. Nel complesso un'ottima esperienza e lo consiglio a chi vuole visitare sia Genova che le Cinque Terre, estremamente strategico come posizione e Rapallo è molto bella, ristornate Hostaria Vecchia Rapallo una vera esperienza culinaria tipica del luogo.

Le stupende vacanze

L'alloggio da Giuseppina abbiamo avuto comodo e piacevole. L'appartamento abbiamo trovato in perfette condizioni, ben attrezato e molto pulito. L'edificio si trova tre minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferrovia, quatro minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalla spiaggia e anche dal punto d’imbarco dei battelli. Inoltre vicino, ci sono un supermercato, i bar e numerosi altri negozzi. Giuseppina è una persona molto simpatica e molto disponibile. Avevamo un ottimo contatto con Lei in ogni situazione. Consiglio a tutti questa offerta.

Super appartement en plein centre!!

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre-ville de Rapallo. Prévoir le parking malgré tout. L'appartement est très propre bien que l'immeuble soit relativement ancien. Ville très bien située à proximité immédiate de Portofino, Cinque Terre ou Gênes et elle-même bien animée (restaurants, commerces...). Rapallo constitue un excellent choix car beaucoup moins cher que les environs. La propriétaire est très accueillante, sympathique et disponible. Bref un séjour génial en famille!!

Fantastica vacanza

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana . Posizione eccezionale in 2 minuti ero sul mare . Molto ampio per una famiglia . La proprietaria molto gentile al mio arrivo mi ha dato informazioni interessanti. Spero di riuscire a tornare nella stagione estiva
