We got all our information prior to arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. We have stayed here three times and will continue to stay here.

Nice location and well equipped.

We had ten adults and children staying here. The property met all our needs and worked out well. Communication with the owner was great!

Christmas Family get together

We enjoy staying in this house. Plenty of room for 3 generations. The house is always clean and well stocked. Close enough to Sunriver Village to walk. Pathways a easily accessible from this home.

Stay was great! My family really enjoyed this house. The only thing I’d recommend is to bring your own skillets or pans for cooking. Overall, would love to stay here again.

We loved this house!

The house was perfect for our group! Enough common space for us to be together, and enough private spaces for alone time. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed ping pong, bike riding, the SHARC, and the kid enjoyed Minecraft :) Thanks for a lovely trip!

Had everything we needed, close to villiage

The house was well stocked with various items we needed, and the location was great. The beds were a bit uncomfortable as the mattresses were all pretty hard. Other than that it was a great stay!

Multi-family stay

We shared this home with a total of three families. It was great because each family had their own bathroom. There were plenty of beds for comfortable sleep. And the large kitchen and great room created a perfect atmosphere for having all families spend time together. We brought our own bikes, but it wasn't necessary because there were also plenty of bikes in great condition that we could have borrowed. Very clean home and perfect for a family gathering.

The house was perfect for myself and 8 teenagers. It’s not fancy but had plenty of beds, places to sit and a kitchen with everything we needed. It does not have air condition which turned out to be okay because the nights are cool, despite being in the 90s during the day. The only time this would be a problem is if there was wildfire smoke and you couldn’t open the windows (it did get very hot upstairs during the day). There was a giant fire outside of Madras, but luckily the wind was blowing the other way after our first day there. We enjoyed riding the MANY bikes and loved the location, it was easy to get to the river using the bikes. We did not use the hot tub but did see the cleaning person there so I know it’s taken care of. Thanks for sharing your home!

Incredibly well-kept home and helpful property owners!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this home for 3 nights. Tom provided thorough instructions on how to access everything in the house and was accessible via text when we had questions. The owners seem quick to address maintenance needs and are clearly dedicated to making the home as comfortable as possible for the renters. Also, it is listed as a 4br, but the "game room" is truly another separate bedroom so I would consider this listing to be 5br.

June 22-25 Stay

Property location and neighborhood were quiet and easily accessible to Sunriver Village and Resort. The home is lovely. We did however, encounter a few issues: - little to no internet connection - TV in master does not work - previous tenant had left clothes in master dresser - lack of adequate bath towels for large group - lack of cleaning rags/paper towels - no bike locks to ride to Sharc or village & lock up bikes - the outdoor grill lower tray was so greasy and dirty that our brats caught on fire. *We thoroughly cleaned and polished it - Some stove top knobs do not work, allowing only partial use of the stove top - 2-3 bikes had major issues: chain not attached and one had a bent frame

This VRBO exceeded expectations. My parents and my adult children and I have been traveling from Florida to Oregon annually to visit my brother and his family for a few years now and we have always stayed at VRBOS. This VRBO is by far the favorite so far. I mean the location, yes, of course, Sunriver is awesome and you can walk to the food trucks from this location. We enjoyed the deer that traipsed across the lawn munching on the grass. But this VRBO wins our number one choice because it has EVERYTHING that you need. The kitchen is stocked unbelievably well. It has every thing you need for cooking (including spices), serving, eating and drinking .. and lots of everything. The bathrooms all had body wash, shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels. The sports equipment is all in great condition .. you know how VRBO owners advertise that there are bikes available (for example) and you get there and all the bikes have flats or the chain keeps falling off? That’s NOT this place. Lots of bikes and ALL in working condition. Ping pong was great fun and there are lots of board games. The hot tub was lovely after a busy day of mountain biking and tubing. There is SO MUCH space. Plenty of room for multiple families with kids. This home has everything you need and even things you didn’t know you needed. The beds are comfortable, the family room is large with comfortable seating. Just .. yes .. stay here.
