Charming apartment 50 meters from Ponte Vecchio, well appointed and recently renovated, it is ideal for couples , families or business travellers.
Located on first floor ( only one flight of stairs) composed of:
- a large open style living area with an large sofa and a dining area .
- 1 bedroom with a high quality king size bed (180x200) with a large bathroom connected with shower and wardrobe closet.
- a fully equipped kitchen ( fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine)
- a service toilet at the entry
- tv ,wifi and a/c.
- a little studio if you need to work at your computer.

Great location and hosts. The apartment has everything you need right done to umbrellas. Leonardo and Susanne were very responsive and accommodating. The communication was excellent and always timely.

Gorgeous space right on the Arno. Didn't get any better than to wake up to that. in the heart of Firenze, and right next to Ponte Vecchio, the coffee shop a couple doors down and the Golden View restaurant became our new haunts. Just the best location.

Stunning view over Ponte Vecchio was perfect for our stay in Florence. It has an absolutely incredible view of the Ponte Vecchio and Arno River, you feel like you are almost on the Ponte Vecchio! You can actually see the apartment looking out the windows from the Ufizzi Gallery! The location was amazing with a market across the street and restaurants with outdoor seating on the block. Everything in the city was incredibly walkable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Overall excellent 10 out of 10 stay!!If available, book it!

Mind-blowing Location

If this perfectly-appointed apartment was any closer to Ponte Vecchio, you'd be on the bridge itself. Views are fabulous, historic destinations convenient, grocery across the street, excellent restaurants and gelato at every turn. Host was responsive and directions were clear; the unit was clean and stocked with everything needed to get your stay off to a great start. If this unit is available, book it fast.

Beautiful apartment, great location!

We had a wonderful week-long stay in this apartment. It is located right near the Ponte Vecchio - great views and convenient location to all sights and attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, pleasant and clean. Convenient grocery store across the street, as well as an excellent gelato shop! Communication with the hosts was great - friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Spectacular Property and Locatjon

We were delighted to stay here for 3 nights - you’re almost shocked at how close you are to the ponte vecchio and we couldn’t imagine a better place for us and our small children. As long as you keep an eye on the kids in the neighborhood (tragic) and they can manage stairs, this is a great place for families to stay within walking distance from literally everything. Thank you and we hope to be back!

AMAZING!!

We were so pleased with our 8 night stay at this apartment - perfect location, amazing views, friendly, responsive and helpful owners and the apartment itself was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It really could not have been better!! We hope to go back again and would not stay anywhere else!! And, we're recommending it to our friends who are going later this year. Once again, the apartment was AMAZING!

Beautiful apartment in amazing location

This was a very well appointed apartment located just outside the Ponte Vecchio - with an unobstructed view of the river and the most popular shopping bridge in Florence! The apartment itself was very nice - spacious, lots of light, great little modern kitchen and and extra office room to work & iron. I would recommend this unit to any person or couple wanting to be close to the action without actually being in it.

Perfect location, delightful view of the Ponte Vecchio

Pre-stay communication and checkin process were excellent. Leonardo and Susanne were excellent hosts - easy communication, facilitated checkin, arranged departure taxi. The apartment, while somewhat more expensive, offers great value given its location, its view on the Arno, the excellent quality of the renovation, its appointments, and its security. Excellent supermarket across the street and a choice of nearby pasticcerie. The only possible issue is the noise from the Ponte Vecchio, which can be a positive (some musicians) or negative (late night carousing) - that said, it didn’t bother us at all. We would book again without hesitation.

Visiting Florence

Looking for an apartment on line is not an easy task, it takes hours. Some requests were ignored, some listings were somewhat misleading, specially pricing on VRBO. Susanne's and Leonardo's description, price transparency are very true to the point. Apartment is very nicely appointed, although most of the furniture and kitchen stuff are from IKEA. Actually, in real life the apartment looks better than on the pictures. Very clean! Perfect location. Steps from every place we wanted to see and visit. Both owners were very responsive and helpful. Feel comfortable to highly recommend!

Amazing Views and Host

We stayed here for a month and have a great sense for the apartment. First, it's a great location: ~10 min walk across the Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo, yet on the quieter side of the river with a well-stocked grocery store right across the street. Second, the apartment was as advertised with a stunning view of the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio, a comfortable king-sized bed, and a nice bathroom with a rain-head shower. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. We could hear some music from the bridge most nights, but it almost always ended by 10pm. Also, if mobility issues are a concern, note that the apartment is up one flight of stairs. Finally, Leonardo was an incredible and responsive host, and generously offered up restaurant recommendations and even arranged a taxi when we checked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing 5 Star Property!

This is an amazing five star property! Everything about the property in the description is accurate. We stayed for three nights, and we were able to walk everywhere. The property is just steps away from everything in Firenze. We dined out two nights and cooked one night. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to test your cooking skills. An excellent grocery store is right across the street where the prices are low and the inventory is wonderful. We visited the store several times for cooking supplies as we even cooked breakfast each morning. The view from the apartment is spectacular!! You can be entertained from the sofa watching people on the bridge and boaters on the Arno. If there is a negative it is that you are so close that the music is a little loud until late at night. You are truly in the middle of everything. Museums and restaurants are steps away. This is a place where you could stay for a week and be totally satisfied! The owners were especially helpful and responsive, and the apartment is very secure. I highly recommend this beautifully appointed apartment for your visit to Florence. We would definitely return!

Perfect stay in a perfect apartment

This delightful and spacious apartment had everything we expected and more. We could have watched the Arno all day yet enjoyed the close distance to the Uffizi and Boboli Gardens. Stunning location, comfort in all the details and ongoing, helpful communications with the host. Highly recommended. Will tell all of my friends about this property.

Perfect location and nearby amenities

My teenage son and I stayed here for 10 nights and loved the location and view of the Ponte Vecchio and Arno River. There’s a market directly across the street, an ATM a few doors down, and good restaurants nearby. The hosts were responsive to any questions we had. One caveat that is not limited to this apartment, but we were never able to run the dishwasher without the power shutting down (we were able to turn back on each time). This was a small inconvenience in exchange for the beautiful view.
