Villa Andrea – Newly renovated in 2021, this spacious 3-bedroom detached villa with private pool, has a bright, modern, airy feel and is located on a quiet residential street in Kiziltas. Set over 3 floors the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It has splendid sea and mountain views over kalkan Bay.

The villa is only a short walk to the Thursday market and town centre, plus a further 5-minute walk to the Old Town with its quaint Ottoman style shuttered buildings and cobbled streets, fabulous restaurants, shops, bars and harbour area.

Due to the villa’s elevated location, you may prefer to take a taxi back.

Ground Floor
The open plan living area contains a well-equipped kitchen, featuring an island with bar stool seating for up to 6 people. A water cooler, fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee French press are also provided. The lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table, flat screen TV and TV unit. Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen onto the pool terrace. There is also a cloakroom and WC on this level.

First Floor
The first floor has two double en-suite bedrooms. Both have air conditioning and a shared balcony with table and chairs that has fabulous sea views overlooking Kalkan and the surrounding mountains. Also on this floor is a family bathroom with walk-in shower.

Top Floor
The top floor has a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the villa’s roof terrace, which has far-reaching views and is furnished with a comfortable sofa. The roof terrace has the best sea views of all and is perfect for enjoying an evening drink whilst relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunsets over Snake & Mouse islands.

Villa Andrea has a great outdoor space in the form of a large terrace and pool, complete with roman steps. Pool dimensions (6 x 3m). Surrounding the pool are 6 sunbeds, side tables, and umbrellas. A shady dining area with comfortable seating on the main terrace, plus a covered terrace with further seating,
