Villa Katarina di Maladel

In its 360 m2 area, Villa Stancija Katarina di Maladel can accommodate up to 10 people and is equipped with everything you might need during your stay.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living room, an elegant dining room, a toilet, a veranda and a terrace.
Three bedrooms with beautifully decorated en suite bathrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, from where guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the panorama of Umag and the sea, the spacious garden, the large swimming pool and the nature surrounding the villa. There is an extra sofa in one of these bedrooms. No en suite and bed in the fourth bedroom but a sofa with a pull-out mattress for two people.
For additional entertainment, guests can also use the basement, which has an entertainment area / TV/cinema/playstation with two armchairs, and a additional room as a tavern with a kitchen and an indoor fireplace/barbecue. The table can be turned to be billiard or poker table. In the next room there is a spa with a jacuzzi, a Finnish and a Turkish sauna, and a room with a solarium
The villa is surrounded by a young vineyard and leaves an irreplaceable experience for every visitor.
The location of Villa Katarina di Maladel offers its guests an escape from the busy everyday life, but also proximity to numerous local amenities. The place Finida is ideal for relaxing and walking, but also for an active holiday. There are bicycle paths in the area, so you can explore the green hills of Istria, between which wine roads intertwine. The tastes and smells of wine as well as the stories of winemakers about the creation of wine in taverns will simply enchant you.
