This sweet end-terrace cottage rests in Meldon near Sourton Down, Devon and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.
Please note: The property is currently undergoing refurbishment -updated photographs will be provided at the beginning of April 2026. Tor View is a charming end-terrace cottage resting in Meldon near Sourton Down, Devon. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size and a single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep three guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with countryside views. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, and a rear garden with patio and furniture. Tor View is a great base for a small family to enjoy the Devon countryside.
Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV, DVD player, Wifi (intermittent due to rural location) , pool table, football table. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for one car. Communal garden area with patio and furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.4 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: The utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer is shared with the other cottages. Note: There are free range chickens on-site, dogs will need to be kept on the lead on grounds.Please note: Due to the nature of the property the stairs may be found to be steep for some guests

Nearby, Okehampton is home to the ruins of a medieval castle, the Museum of Dartmoor Life, a golf club, a train station and ample shops, bars and eateries.
