This delightful, detached barn conversion rests in Tittleshall near North Elmham, Norfolk and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Little barn is a wonderful, detached barn conversion resting on the outskirts of Tittleshall near North Elmham. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size and twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire, as well as a first-floor snug. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, an enclosed front yard and an enclosed rear garden with Astro-turf, patio and furniture. A memorable break awaits at Little Barn!
Amenities: Air-sourced central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed rear garden with astro-turf, patio and furniture and enclosed front yard. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.4 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: The stairs within the property are steep and narrow, and are not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The twin room has no wardrobe
