Spacious open plan layout with well equipped kitchen area leading through to a comfortable lounge/dining area. The cottage has 3 bedroims consisting of a kingsize, double and small single bedroom.

Private parking at the front and private courtyard garden with bbq table and chairs for 4 people and luxury hot tub at the rear, with views across the fields to the woodland beyond. The landscaping is ongoing and so further pictures will follow as it's completed. Please note that there are 3 steps from the cottage to the patio garden.

With such close proximity to nature it is likely that you will hear the nightly chorus of owls and see deer roaming in the fields. You can enjoy amazingly clear views of the night sky from the hot tub on the patio and a telescope is available for your use, if desired, to enhance your viewing experience.

Please note that the property is attached to the owners house next door and situated in fields next to a working cattle farm.

Within the grounds we have friendly chickens and at your request, freshly laid eggs and homemade jam can be provided on arrival.

The nearest village, Dunkeswell is a 5 minute drive where you will find a well equipped grocery shop, Indian take away, bar and fish and chip shop. Dunkeswell airfield is situated at 839 feet above sea level making it the highest licensed airfield in the UK. The market town of Honiton is a 10 minute drive, offering numerous bars and restaurants, antique shops and boutiques. The beautiful Jurassic Coast is a short drive away, approx 30 minutes.
