The house has 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite, one single bedroom with bunk beds, a family bathroom, kitchen/diner, snug/office and living area.

There is tea and coffee making facilities in the kitchen as well as microwave, oven and hob (fully equipped kitchen.

The snug comprises a couple of comfy chairs, a desk and a flat screen TV so you can have some peace and quiet, give the children their own space or somewhere to work if anyone needs to. In the living area there is a flat screen TV, 4 seater sofa, large poof and bean bag.

On a quiet cul-de-sac just a stones throw from the centre of the idyllic market town of Oakham. Oakham has numerous pubs serving real ales and excellent food.

Rutland Water is less than 5 minutes by car and there are plenty of villages and activities in the surrounding countryside to visit.

The house is over 3 floors and comprises of 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 bunk beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen/diner, snug/study and a living room. There is a single reserved parking space, several guest spots, on street parking (with time restrictions) and a car park 100m away.

There is a single 7Kw electric vehicle charger at the property which which charges from Midnight to 7am and is free to use. Please contact us before your stay if you wish to use the charger.
