Bryn Afon Farm is a charming,detached farmhouse resting in Llanrug in Gwynedd. Hosting five bedrooms, including a ground-floor double with en-suite wet room with support rails, two doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a twin with en-suite shower room and a bunk room, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with electric woodburning effect stove. Outside there is off-road parking and a front and back garden with a lawn, BBQ area and a games room. Bryn Afon Farm is a beautiful dwelling for exploring North Wales.
Amenities: Oil central heating with electric wood burning effect stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available, linen not included. Off-road parking. Front & back garden with lawn. Patio area to rear of the property. Gas BBQ on request. Owner is a retired butcher and can provide a hog or lamb roast to order or give a master class in butchery. Games room with pool table, dart board and bar area with fridge.
