Porth Farm Annexe is a charming, reverse-level cottage resting in Mawgan Porth, Cornwall. Hosting five bedrooms, including a first-floor double, two ground-floor doubles and 2 ground-floor bunk beds, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a first-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with furniture. Mawgan Porth is delightful dwelling for a family gathering to Cornwall.
Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove and underfloor heating on the ground-floor. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cot/highchair available and tumble dryer. TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front garden with lawn, patio, barbecue and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.4 miles. Note: There are stone steps leading up to the front garden and property, please take care. Please note: property can sleep 10, however, the bunk room is small, best suited for children, and only accessible through a double bedroom
