You can not book the house to have a party.

Garden has a small "window" with distant sea view. Please note that the apartment is located on the hill of Vouliagmeni.
Parking is easy and free in front of the building.
Bus stop is 500 meters walking downhill
Smart TV, Netflix ready

Regardless length of stay we provide 2 rolls of toilet paper hand soap, shampoo and body gel.
There is a washing machine and a dishwasher but washing detergent is not provided.
We offer complimentary coffee , sugar, tea.

Guest access
This is a first floor private apartment at your exclusive use. Because it is situated on the hill, the first floor from the south entrance is actually the ground floor of the building .

There are 2 options to reach the apartment.

1) Send us your flight / ferry details and we will arrange a private transfer (extra cost).
Too many suitcases? Need a van? Arriving or leaving after midnight? No problem! Ideal for those who can not arrive within the apartment's specified check in timetable.

2) Arriving by your self and meet you at the apartment.
This option is available for arrivals within the apartment's check in timetable


Smoking is allowed ONLY at the veranda
Please note that as this is not our home , you need to tell us in advance your arrival details , so as to organise the exact check in time , in order to get the keys
