We’d love to introduce - The Old Fire Station Ludlow; it is a perfect place to stay for family and group trips.
We offer a vast, very central accommodation for up to 8 guests over 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, Neff appliances, Nespresso machine, integrated appliances and an amazing open plan space.
There is free parking for 1 car on the street where the property is situated.
This Apartment is set over two floors, the bedrooms all have Egyptian cotton linens, and high density towels for an extra bit of luxury.

We loved our stay here; it was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. After a hiccup with getting into the property which was totally the agents fault, our hosts were helpful and friendly as I’m sure they would have been anyway! We are definitely planning to return!

We loved this well equipped apartment, there were just 4 of us, so we had a choice of beds from the 3 doubles & the twin room. The apartment was in a perfect location to explore Ludlow.The welcome pack was a lovely touch and to have hand soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper & coffee left for us was a very welcome touch. The host was in contact with us leading up to and during our visit.We recommend this apartment fir friends, couples and families.

Great place

Lovely property, great location, really comfortable place. We've had a great stay. Ludlow is a really great place, loads of fantastic eateries.One minor suggestion is for a bedside lamp in the 1st upstairs bedroom (one of our party loves reading and struggled without one)

Great place to stay

This is great, right in the centre and some lovely walks from the doorstep. Amazing apartment we loved everu monute of being there, it was lovely and cosy and we loved the big table to play games and have a group breakfast tohether. Would definitely recomend this place.

Lovely Ludlow Apartment

Property was excellently placed for a stay in Ludlow, we had a lovely time and found our stay relaxing. Permit parking provided by the owner was really helpful and we managed to park near the property each evening. Overall a great, quirky and comfortable place to stay for a few days.

Great location and beautiful apartment

The location is two mins walk from the highstreet making it easy to wander round the shops and grab a drink or food without going too far. The apartment is stunning, such a great layout and enough space for everyone. We would definitely choose here again next time we're in the beautiful Ludlow.

Fabulous short break

The Old Firehouse is very welcoming, warm and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all good. Very easy access to the town for anything you need. Charlene is a fabulous host, thank you!

Fantastic spot in Ludlow

Our top priority was location in town and family space to cook, play games and spend time together. This home delivered top marks! Ludlow is a wonderful destination, wish we could have stayed longer. This house was walking distance to everything, great for us and our adult children that wanted to go out independently for food, drinks and shopping.

Clean, comfortable and great location

The Old Fire Station was very clean and comfortable. It had every thing we needed for our week stay. Charlene was very good at communicating and responded quickly to inquiries. We didn’t get to see as much of the Shopshire area as we would have liked, so hope to be returning on another trip and hope The Old Fire Station is available.

Great property even though the 4th bedroom was a challenge due to access only through other bedrooms and as an apartment no outside space. Kitchen well equipped and 2 superb living areas including a table that comfortably seats 8 May well return as so well located & presented

We loved our stay at The Old Fire station. We stayed for a family gathering, and it was perfectly sized, spacious with 2 seating areas, a dining area and a small but well-equipped kitchen area in between. One of the best things was it's location - we all travelled by train from various locations and the flat was only a 10 minute walk. Charlene also messaged on the night before we checked out to say that we could have a late check out and this made the world of difference to us, as we could all spend a bit more time together without rushing off. Everything then was walkable from the flat - we had food from nearby 'sourCed' one night on a recommendation. Supermarket was nearby, as well as a couple of convenience shops. We had a nice walk around the town, the market - down past the castle to the river. A really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Ludlow weekend

Fantastic location , quirky building with lots of space. Few niggles to help improve for future. Not clear from details that middle bedroom accessed through one or other upstairs rooms. It was ok for us but may be an issue for others. Kitchen had limited equipment eg no colander or sieve, no fish slice. Lighting in dining room a bit harsh so some lamps would be a good addition. Dirty baking trays in oven when we arrived. Piano needs tuning which was a shame as we had an excellent pianist with us. Not to say we wouldn’t go back - just keen to help improve.

Hi Mike Thankyou for your review - I’m so sorry that the baking sheets were forgotten. This is a complete oversight as we had used a different housekeeper for that changeover as our usual one was on holiday. I will also add a colander and fish slice straight away to the kitchen equipment. Re the lamps I will definitely invest in some as this is a very good point! I will also get a tuning booked in asap as I haven’t played it for sometime so was unaware it was due. The bedroom layout is described in the listing so I’m sorry if this wasnt clear. We are however delighted you are considering returning in the future. Best wishes Charlene and Oscar

Amazing property

Easy to book. Great communication with owner. All the facilities we needed, coffee machine, hairdryers etc. Gorgeous property - much nicer than the house I live in.

My husband and I own a family run Hair salon also located in The Old Fire Station, we lived in this beautiful property for 6 years with our two children and having now moved to another property within beautiful Ludlow we had to share this quirky, spacious property on VRBO.

It is spacious and well appointed and sleeps up to 8 guests over 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms (one of which has a beautiful roll top bath)
The history goes back to not only its previous purpose as The Old Fire Station, but also as a coach house for the prestigious Feathers Hotel.
The bedrooms are all beamed which shows how truly historic this amazing building is!
Its location is perfect for all Ludlow has to offer and is within a three minute walk to the town square with its cosmopolitan cafes and beautiful Castle.
