With the beach only metres in front of the property providing breath-taking, panoramic views of the sea from all front windows and outside seating. This three bedroom property has been fully refurbished, comprising of a lounge with uninterrupted beach and sea views, large kitchen diner to the rear. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with stunning sea views, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom to the rear, a walk in shower and toilet upstairs. ​​
* Makes this property ideally suited for a couple or two couples to have a fantastic beach fronted break, relaxing and unwind by the sea.
* There is bench seating to the front of the property to sit and absorb the panoramic beach and sea views and sounds. To the rear of the property is an enclosed private garden with large patio table with chairs. ​
* From the front door stroll along the beach front boardwalk to Stonehaven’s picturesque harbour. Stop off for coffee or lunch at one of the town’s many coffee shops, restaurants and bars. ​

Golf trip

We enjoyed our stay in Stonehaven. The location was ideal for golfing at different courses and the local facilities were excellent. The owners were very helpful and the house was fairly well equipped.

Beautiful Stonehaven By The Sea

What a wonderful place to stay. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and the pictures don’t do this place justice. This home is very well appointed and a quiet, relaxing location with a wonderful view of the sea. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Accommodations!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The owner communication was excellent. This home has all the amenities needed, and then some! It is in a perfect location to walk along the beach, to the harbor, to the promenade, and throughout the village. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Beach House

Beautiful property right on the beach. Welcomed by host. Spacious and very clean. Lots to do in Stonehaven. Lots of information provided by host about area and places to visit. A property which can be enjoyed by families, couples, anyone. The ocean on your doorstep is amazing. Can't wait to visit again.

Comfortable, beach view and handy for town

The house is great with a spacious living room and separate kitchen - both with dining areas.The living room, master bedroom and shower room all boast views of the beach, North Sea beyond, and the boardwalk. Market Square with shops and pubs is a three minute walk away and the Harbour about six minutes walk.The beds, couches, and chairs were all very comfy and communication with the owners Kath and Neil was quick and straightforward.Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable house with amazing view

Im Rahmen unserer Schottlandrundreise verbrachten wir 4 Tage in Stonehaven. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Viele kleine Details fördern die Gemütlichkeit. Vom Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer blickt man direkt auf das Meer. Der Strand scheint ein Hundestrand zu sein. Der Ort selber wirkt etwas traurig, ist aber guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.Essen waren wir nicht, da die Restaurants für Vegetarier/Veganer kein Angebot haben.

I'm a teacher by profession who has always enjoyed holidaying by the sea. I took the opportunity to purchase this fantastic three bedroom beach front spacious property, fully renovating the property from top to bottom, inside and out.

Fully refurbished terraced house in a bright and modern style. Bright and airy rooms in this deceivingly large beach / sea front house makes it an incredible location for a stay for a couple or up to four guests. ​

Located in the Scottish vibrant harbour town of Stonehaven with an incredible location of facing the beach front, being able to hear the sea as you lay in bed is incredible.

With the Town Centre, Old Harbour and Beach right on the doorstep makes this a fantastically located holiday property.
