Luxury holiday chalet in Zeeland: Julianahoeve Renesse. Close to beach & centre

The salty sea air, the sound of seagulls and waking up with a view of the forest. Experience the ultimate holiday feeling in this new and luxurious chalet located at Camping & Beachresort Julianahoeve. Not a dime a dozen, but a fully customized chalet (2021). With its two bedrooms, one bathroom and private parking (for one car), it can accommodate five people (max. 4 adults).

LOCATION
"Vakantiechalet in Zeeland" is located on the edge of the campsite, adjacent to the forest. With a ten minute walk you are on the beach. Would you rather have a bite to eat or stroll along the boutiques in the village? You can reach the center of Renesse in fifteen minutes on foot.

LAYOUT
The chalet is stylishly furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, Smart TV (incl. cable TV), fireplace and a cozy dining area. There is also free WiFi and air conditioning. The latter not only provides cooling, but can also heat the chalet nicely. The kitchen is fully equipped. Think of a coffee machine with fresh beans, milk frother, combi oven, gas hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination.

You will also find two bedrooms in the chalet. Bedroom 1: box spring of 160 x 200 cm (consisting of two separate mattresses of 80x200), sufficient cupboard space and blackout curtains. Bedroom 2: two single box springs of 80 x 200 cm + loft bed of 120 x 200 cm and closet space. Of course, a nice bathroom should not be missing. This is equipped with a walk-in shower (including rain and hand shower), spacious washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.

PLEASE NOTE: the stay does NOT include bed linen and towels. If desired, we can arrange bed linen and/or towels at an additional cost through the cleaning company. However, we cannot provide kitchen linen and beach towels, so please remember to bring your own.

Enjoying the outdoors is also part of your holiday. This is possible on the terrace, which is equipped with a comfortable dining set for six people, a parasol, two relaxing chairs and a lovely lounge set (the latter will only be available from spring to autumn months). You will also find a Weber charcoal barbecue here. At the rear of the chalet is an outdoor shower. Ideal for rinsing off after a wonderful day at the beach.

- We do not rent out to groups of friends.
- Pets are not allowed on the campsite.
- Guests do not have access to the shed. This is used for private storage.
- CAMPSITE & BEACHRESORT JULIANAHOEVE CHARGES A RATE OF €5.50 PER PERSON (>2 YEARS) PER NIGHT FOR THE USE OF THE CAMPSITE FACILITIES (SUCH AS SWIMMING POOL AND ENTERTAINMENT). THESE COSTS ARE UNFORTUNATELY MANDATORY FOR ALL CAMPING GUESTS AND WILL BE INVOICED BY THE CAMPSITE. THESE COSTS ARE ADDITIONAL TO THE AIRBNB COSTS!
