Great location, ok unit
This property is in a great location, just steps off of Piazza Firenze. Lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby with ready access to transportation.
Host was responsive to messages and easy to work with. I do not think I should need to pay $15 to have the keys delivered to the unit on this type of listing, but the meeting was on time and well managed.
The unit itself was clean, and a nice size. The elevator is nice for Milan (small but functional).
The unit is well furnished, but the details are a little lacking. Clock is not running, picture frames are empty, and the plant is dead. Many light switches don’t seem to do anything, and the bedroom has no switched lighting.
Kitchen is not well stocked, and what is there is old and not in good condition. Only one butter knife, badly chipped coatings on pans, no coffee equipment even though included in listing.
Appliances were fine. Lights above range are not functional.
Pillow was incredibly lumpy, no spares in unit even though couch is a sleeper.
If you plan to cook yourself, I’d look elsewhere. If you want to stay in a great location and eat out, this unit will do fine.
