External Living | Pool & BBQ
The wonderful holiday home boasts a lovely outdoor area and is embellished with a private heated swimming pool with extra fee (1,40 meters deep). Guests can lounge to the outdoor dining area, before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. BBQ facilities (gas) are available outdoors, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple. Light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. The outdoor area provide the most beautiful and informal space to enjoy meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventure.

Pearl Villa III is part of a complex with three villas in total, each of them with separate facilities and private pools.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Elegant and stylish, each of the villa’s bedrooms enjoy natural tones, flaunt unique design and perfect attention to every luxurious detail. The Villa boasts three wonderful bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in the sofa bed of the living room. The maximum capacity of the Villa is 7 guests.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 50€/day for the first two days & 25€/every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Location Overview
Pearl Villas are located in Plakias area that is set towards the centre of a large bay enclosed within the arms of mountains, on the south coast. The unspoilt breathtaking landscape of Plakias make it an ideal holiday destination for guests seeking total relaxation. The gorgeous beaches, stunning mountainous landscape and the inviting waters of the Libyan Sea, are all in all a reason to visit this part of Crete.

Plakias is a popular tourist resort. Originally a very small and quiet fishing village, and it now offers a range of amenities, as well as is renowned for it’s natural beauty, providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for. Along the main road of the village there are several supermarkets, bakeries, ATM machines, post office, a doctor’s office, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and beach bars while on the beach there are tamarisk trees, water sports, beach volley courts, snack bars and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods.

The beach is sandy and very well organised with sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, etc. The rocks surrounding the beach are ideal for fishing and snorkelling, as well. The road along the beach is also ideal for walking or cycling.

Plakias makes a good starting point for walks along the coast to Souda, or up into the encircling hills to other villages such as Sellia or Mirthios, which boasts spectacular sea views out to sea. A good coastal motor track runs west beyond Plakias, leading to Souda, Rodakino, Frangokastello and Sfakia beaches. There are plenty of walks locally, and bolder walkers will enjoy the high green countryside beyond the coastal mountain range north of town. Mountain biking and cycle touring are other local attractions.
