You will not want to leave this paradise. Nestled within the Circeo National Park and surrounded by nature, Palmetto Point is a fantastic large 6 bedroom villa with a large swimming pool with direct access to the 18-km Sabaudia beach.
Sabaudia is well frequented by residents of Rome and Naples, as it is about half way between the two cities. Sabaudia has 15 kilometers of beach that boast the Bandiera Blu (Blue Flag) designation, which is awarded by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE).

Palmetto Point has:
- 1 king bedroom and 1 single bedroom on the ground floor, with a bathroom and half-bath, both with A/C
- 2 king bedrooms at first floor with one bathroom with bath and shower, both with A/C
- 2 king bedrooms on the basement each with their ensuite with shower, both with cooling fan.
The villa sleeps 10 hosts.

At ground floor there is also a large kitchen, a large living/dining with A/C. At both ground and first floor there are terraces with sea view.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a microwave, blender, coffee maker, and washing machine. The living room has a fireplace, radio, CD. and cable TV . The external patio at ground floor has a BBQ, table and chairs for 12, and is perfect for having meals with a sea view. Included with the house are 1 kayak, and 2 bycicles. perfect to explore the grottos of the Circeo promontory.

The villa is surrounded by a dune grove. A few stairs in the lush garden takes hosts to the pool (25 x 8 mt) with its 6x4 mt. cabana for al fresco dinners and directly to the 18-km beach.

Famous writers such as Alberto Moravia and Dacia Maraini as well as filmmakers such as Pier Paolo Pasolini and Bernardo Bertolucci chose Sabaudia as their summer holiday destination, spending several months there and transforming it into an elite seaside resort.

This is an ideal holiday destination for couples or families. Not suitable for small children (the pool is deep and unattended) and for elders (there are some steep steps to get to the pool).
