There are two minimal, aesthetic, luxurious, furnished and equipped apartments with all comforts. Ideally for couples and families ( two adults and two children) , just 9 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Kallithea.
The two apartments are both on the ground floor in front of a lovely and lush garden. They consist of living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom with large closet and desk-dressing table. Each apartment also has Smart - TV, air conditioning, water heater, Wi-Fi Internet,window frames with screens, oven with stove top, coffee maker , kettle and toaster. They are completely independent residences and next to each other.
The name as well as the aesthetic of the space was created by LouLenny's aRt and which exhibits some of her artworks on the walls of the apartments.
Their renovation was completed in June 2021. LouLenny's aRt BoutiQue HoMes enjoys a quiet location 50 meters from the municipal car park and 150 meters from the village square. The distances are short and you can cover all your needs by walking.

Moreover if you want to enjoy the nightlife of Halkidiki up close , you are 3-minute drive from the most famous clubs and bars .
