The host was great and fast at responding. Villa was clean but could use some updating. Only problem was no garbage bags and no extra toliet paper for our stay.

Clean and convenient.

Nice property across the street from resort amenities and close to restaurants, shopping and theme parks. I recommend reservations at the pool cabanas if you plan on spending the day there as seating is limited and cabanas garuntee spots and are very reasonable.

Very clean

The villa was perfect for my kids and I. Location was great for the pool. Easy access. Only downfall was there was no wash clothes. So I went and bought some. Otherwise, we will definitely be back.

Great grounds but the house needs love

The grounds have a lot of great things. The pool, bar, water slides, and gym were all great. The location is great too. Less than 20 minutes to any park. The house itself needs some love. The carpet and appliances were a bit old. The worst part was the beds. They were SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I’ve stayed in motels with better beds. We found a urine stain on one of them. Needless to say, that was pretty gross!

Surprise to get this, since in the different communication we exchanged you never mentioned anything. We just change some of the appliances in the kitchen and the big ones have less than 2 years of use. A professional company just clean the carpet less than a month before your check in. Regarding the beds, is difficult to please everyone, but most guests prefer firm mattresses. My cleaning staff always do a thorough inspection after each cleaning , and have not have a similar complaint, nevertheless we are checking all beds to find any spots and replace it.any complaintbut we of oover a month ago rest are still express specially when

Perfect location

We stayed here the month of March. Loved it. The condo is located centrally to all the attractions…Disney, Universal, Sea World. The resort has two great pools and we particularly loved the lazy river and the lap pool. The owner was very responsive. The condo has all the amenities. I brought my portable Keurig.

Wir waren von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise sehr zufrieden. Voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.Zentral gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief auch reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

ok for the price

budget friendly place for a family to stay. Cleaning could be a little better. The pool area is awesome to have on site. My biggest complaint I have is the kitchen could be much better stocked. We rented a place like this intentionally planning to be able to cook there, and the lack of supplies in the kitchen did make that a bit difficult.

Sorry to see your review and we apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, out of 3 TV’s in the Villa, 1 cable box broke during your stay and Spectrum, the cable company took longer to replace it. But we accommodate your other requests, agreed to change your booking dates and reimburse you the difference, when your rental car was not delivered. Still thanks for your feedback

Exacy what I was looking for

Excellent location. Kids meet many friends everyday. The pool and water amenities. Clean and safe. Kids are already asking when we are going back. Didn't have to leave the resort.
