A wonderful property in a great location

We had nice stay at the RLM Villa at the end of June of this year. There were six of us and the place is so spacious that everyone had their own room. The pool was fantastic, the kitchen was big and comfortable. We have no complaints and would stay there again.

Great value for money

Villa is very spacious, agency and owners extremely helpfull. We felt really wellcome. In- and outside lots of space, great lounge space near the pool! We highly recommend this villa!!

Beautiful spacious and well appointed villa

The villa is lovely with great views. The property manager was extremely helpful and attentive. We had some problems with hot water and there were general water shortage issues on the island. But on the whole our stay was most enjoyable and comfortable. Beautiful swimming pool and well appointed kitchen. The rooms are spacious and well air conditioned. The location is great for many lovely beaches and near Rhodes town and Lindos which makes it a great location for sightseeing.

Fabulous

From the moment we booked Zeta (villa manager) and Zohar (owner) were so helpful. Zeta sorted out car hire and some groceries (as we were arriving late in the evening). She also recommended a taxi driver. They also provided a welcome basket of fruit and wine. The villa is modern, clean and spacious. Huge pool and outdoor area with lots of shade if you need it. The villa is at the top of a hill, which is steep in parts. I would recommend car hire or the friendly taxi driver who was recommended, to shuttle you back and forth from the local town and supermarket. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend.

Wonderful week away

We stayed in this amazing villa for my 40th birthday in April. There were 13 off us including 3 children. The villa is incredible- very spacious. Most rooms have an en-suite. There is a huge outside space with a very good sized pool and a basket ball court. Although the pool was very cold we were staying in April and I suspect it will be perfect temperature in the Summer. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed including games for the kids and table tennis. The owner was extremely helpful and we arranged for a chef to cook for us one evening and also allowed us to check out late. You will need a car for this property as a bit off the beaten track but easy to get a taxi if you want to go out for the evening. All in all we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend !

A family celebration

The villa is spacious and well appointed with great views of the ocean. The property is set high up on a hill and is quite isolated.The 500 mtrs to the beach as stated on the web site must be 'as the crow flies' the kids did it once, they are young and fit but suggested the uphill trek back could be challenging for many people. Sadly, there is a lot of building work going on around RLM but there was little noise from it. A car is necessary unless your hobby is hiking. It was initially difficult to find RLM so have Teta's directions handy.The pool is amazing and we all enjoyed family matches of basketball and table tennis. Some or all of us visited the following : Faliraki water park (amazing) Tsambiki monastery (300 steps up but so worth it) nearby Tsambiki beach (lovely beach with good facilities) go-karting (nr Falariki). We did the all inc catamaran day cruise and Rhodes old town and Lindos should not be missed. The one thing that challenged us was allocating bedrooms - there are big and small rooms and 2 of them are connected with no door between. With a mixed sex group of teens, some adult couples and 1 single adult it was very difficult.

Thank you for your review. Glad you all had a good time. The villa indeed have 500 meters distance to the beach - not waking to the beach ! though even walking for elder pp not an issue. There no works around RLM ! on the front is pure sea on the right its a villa for many years on the left a wonderful forrest and on the far back there is a work which as you say have no noise. Villa is beautiful but location isn’t great

The villa itself was really spacious and beautiful. Apart from a few defects such as missing tiles in the shower room and kitchen floor tiles are coming apart so watch you don’t catch your feet on them. The outside pool is amazing, perfect depth for kids. There is no indoor pool as listed. There are TVs in most of the bedrooms but not all, but unfortunately we couldn’t get them to work. We did have a loss of water but it was after the earthquake and returned within a few hours. The location is at the top of a steep hill. We didn’t feel comfortable walking down the hill as there is no pavement, only a dirt road and a steep drop. A car is a must for staying at this villa. Do keep Teta’s directions handy as many taxi drivers found it difficult to find us. We unfortunately encountered a really rude taxi driver who was recommend by Teta, and so for a few days we were unable to leave the villa. Teta was brilliant, always on hand via WhatsApp if we needed anything. I feel communication could’ve been a little better in terms of letting us know when cleaners/pool guy was coming as it was quite a shock when a man suddenly appeared in the garden (we were a group of women and children.) On the last day we had a late flight and so had requested a late check out, we were awoken at 7am to a team of men cutting the grass which was a shame as we already had a very long day ahead of us.

Riesiges Haus mit schönem Aussenbereich

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager und haben 5 Zimmer gebraucht. Der Pool ist 20m lang und perfekt. Leider war der Rasen völlig vertrocknet und hatte Bambus dazwischen, d.h. man konnte nicht auf ihm spielen Darauf laufen war unangenehm, wir mussten über die Platten zum Pool. Tischtennistisch war kaputt. Aussengrill und Sitzgelegenheiten aussen perfekt. Tolle riesige Küche. Im Haus war einiges kaputt, ein elektrischer Rollladen liess sich nicht mehr öffnen, Handtuchhalter hängt runter, 3 der 6 Barstühle. Wahrscheinlich war es, weil wir die letzten der Saison waren und nun für das nächste Jahr alles erneuert wird.

Wonderful relaxed holiday with friends

We had a wonderful stay at RLM villa in Rhodes. The views of the sunrise where spectacular and the villa is set in a peaceful setting up the hill. A car is recommended if you stay due to location, but if that is not your thing there is a bus stop down the hill outside the hotel to get you anywhere you need to go.

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen super schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und stehen bei jeder noch so kleinen Frage zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber der nächste Ort mit etwas mehr Action ist auch nicht weit und somit hatten wir eine gute Balance zwischen am Pool liegen und die Zeit mit Shopping in der Stadt zu vertreiben. Zusammengefasst hatten wir einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt und eine gute Zeit :) .

This property definitely exceeded all of our expectations. We was a large group of 13 adults and a baby and we all had the best trip. From start to finish the whole experience was so easy. The villa owner and his wife were beyond helpful, not only providing us with everything that we needed upon arrival. They also gave us the best places to go around the island. The villa was nothing more than perfect, it was a complete luxury. The outdoor living area was amazing so much so that we didn't want to leave the villa at all. We had BBQs most nights and all ate as a family on the terrace each evening on the large dining table which was amazing. All the bedrooms are large and spacious, most of the rooms have a sofa area too. The living and kitchen space is the heart of the villa. Its definitely a very spacious villa everyone had more than enough space. We had hired a car for the duration of our stay. On the evenings when we all wanted to go out as a group the owner gave us a taxi company number who were on hand with just a WhatsApp message. We promise anyone who rents this villa will be pleasantly surprised. And the swimming pool is just WOW!!! If your thinking about booking then I urge you to just book you will not be disappointed. We cant wait to return next year.
