Villa Clemente is a newly built villa, located in the southern Valdichiana, half an hour's drive from Arezzo and Cortona.

Surrounded by a fully fenced garden with lawn, the property boasts private parking and a large porch, equipped with barbecue, table football and dining table, ideal setting for spending alfresco lunches/dinners.

The outdoor areas are embellished by a beautiful private pool (10 x 4 m), provived with sun beds and parasols.



Internal Description



Internally furnished in a nice and comfortable way, Villa Clemente is spread over 3 levels and can accommodate up to 12 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A baby bed (for children up to 3 years) is available on request. Pets are not allowed.



Ground floor: The entrance leads to a large living area with sofas, dining table, kitchenette and French window overlooking the equipped porch. Then there is a study with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room (with washing machine).



First floor: The first floor, reachable via an internal staircase, consists of: a double bedroom with private small terrace (furnished with table and chairs for breakfast), a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a small terrace (equipped with table and chairs for breakfast). Two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower) complete the floor.



Attic floor: The top floor is an attic, accessible via an internal staircase. It is made up of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a small terrace (furnished with table and chairs for breakfast). Finally is a bathroom with bathtub.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Wi-Fi Internet; linen and bath towels with weekly change; utilities (electricity, water).



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (180.00€); heating (2.00€ per m3 - if used). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
