This brand new apartment is located in the heart of Mellieha, which is in the Northern part of the island. Located on the main road however high up on the 2nd floor, this property is within walking distance to bus stops, groceries, pharmacies and more. It is fully Air-Conditioned including all three bedrooms and the living / dining / kitchen area and has underfloor heating in all three bathrooms. This property also enjoys amazing seaviews, which is the main reason why we purchased this apartment. It is bright, spacious and very comfortable to host up to 6 people. It has 2 en-suite bathrooms and the main bathroom. An amazing spacious terrace which enjoys the beautiful views.

Beautiful and Comfortable Place

We had a wonderful stay. Lorna is very helpful and we appreciated her assistance arranging transportation from the airport. The apartment was spotless and convenient to bus.

Lovely Apartment

We had a lovely stay at this clean and air conditioned apartment recently. It is brilliantly located for restaurants, grocery shopping, the sandy Mellieha beach (10min by bus) and access to all parts of Malta with bus stops nearby in both directions

This apartment was the perfect stay!

The location was fantastic, with supermarkets within easy reach and excellent bus connections. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and exactly as described in the listing. But the real highlight was the view – absolutely stunning! Communication with the host was superb; she was incredibly helpful, even assisting with booking our transfer. Highly recommend!"

Malta delight

This is a fantastic apartment with absolutely stunning views across the bay It’s very well maintained and appointed with everything you need to self cater There is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk down the road and numerous shops for everything Lorna was very helpful in sorting out any problems that these oldies encountered Thanks for a lovely stay

A peaceful get-away.

I loved my stay in Mellieha. A quiet location to get away from City life, and the locals are friendly. The apartment is well situated with a beautiful view of the sea. Plenty of shops in close walking distance to fulfill your needs, including a large reasonably priced Supermarket about 1km away.The apartment was very well presented and well equipped.A 55inch LG TV, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Washing Machine, Ironing Board and Hair Dryer, and some tea, coffee and sugar.The apartment had good locks and even a small safe.I was very happy with the quality of the apartment, but I had booked a two week stay and so would have expected a change of bedding, especially as a good amount of towels were provided.A lot more could have been done that would of made the experience perfect.The code to access the keys was supposed to be sent before the day, but I did not receive it. I had to email on the day and then had to ring the agent 3 hrs after I had landed in Malta.The google map directions link I received directed me to the apartment number (4) of the road, instead of the road number which was more like 134. No name of the building, also made it difficult to locate.A welcome booklet at location would have been helpful. It got a little cold sometimes at night and it was a whole week before I discovered I could not get the heating units working because they were on a separate electricity supply and a coin meter. I also couldn’t work the TV channels.

Urlaub auf Malta

Wir hatten schöne Ferien. Kulturell gibt es vieles zu sehen. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Leider war sie direkt neben einer sehr befahrene Strasse, was das draussen auf dem Balkon nicht sehr gemütlich machte. Es war sehr laut, teilweise auch nachts.

Superbe appartement avec vue mer

Logement très fonctionnel et spacieux. Vue imprenable ! Bien situé autant pour le soleil que pour les commerces et moyens de transports. Lorna nous a accueillis en nous expliquant tout ce qu'il y avait besoin de savoir pour que nous puissions passer un agréable séjour. Petit plus : le Black Bull en bas ! Restaurant très discret. On y mange magnifiquement bien !

Bardzo udany wyjazd

Apartament jest bardzo ładny. Na wyposażeniu wszystko czego można oczekiwać. Właścicielka Lorna to wspaniała osoba, z którą od początku był bardzo dobry kontakt. Zadbała o wszystko dla nas i dla naszych przyjaciół. Położenie mieszkania jest bardzo dobre. Przystanki autobusowe pod nosem, sklepy i restauracje również. Jedyny mały minus to hałas z ulicy.

My name is Lorna and I am from Mellieha, Malta. I live in Mellieha, together with my husband and 2 young kids, Mila Rose and Jack who are 9 and 76 respectively. My full time job is a Beauty Business Manager whereby I work with international brands and put them on the Maltese market. I've always lived in Mellieha and I love it because we have everything we need, be it bars, pubs, restaurants, the beach, history, one of the oldest sanctuaries on the island and much more.

My husband and I bought this apartment in 2021 and we both finished it to modern tastes. We made sure that the apartment has all the conevniences anyone on holiday may want, like air-conditioning throughout, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, modern appliances, plenty of natural light and a nice terrace which enjoys a nice view over Santa Maria Estate and Mellieha Bay. The apartment is located within walking distance to any amenities, like bus stop, pharmacies, groceries, supermarket, bars and restaurants and most importantly only a 5 minute drive to the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The apartment is centrally located in the village of Mellieha so anything you may need is within walking distance. The Gozo ferry is a 10 minute bus ride away and the beach, a 5 minute bus ride away. The apartment enjoys views from most of the rooms and it has a lovely terrace enjoying views where was can dine al fresco on those hot summer evenings.
