Villa Dimitris is a beautiful villa rental on the island of Corfu, near the splendid seaside village of Kassiopi.
The villa is tastefully furnished and offer all amenities. It offers 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Outside, the villa has its garden with a pool, and a barbecue area furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The property is just minutes away from the village of Kassiopi, where there are all kinds of shops and services. It is also just 600 meters from the beach, and close to other tourist sights.

We had a great short break at Villa Dimitris. Eleni was very helpful and friendly and looked after us. The highpoint for me was the setting-swimming pool and terrace looking out over the orchard and garden towards the mountains.

Lovely house in a quiet setting but within walking distance of beautiful beaches and, slightly further, to Kassiopi village. Extremely attentive and helpful owner. Service and communications were excellent, family of four had a great stay at Villa Dimitris

We loved staying at this villa! Such a beautiful house and Eleni was a lovely host. Having a pool was a highlight, and it’s about a 25 minute walk into town. Thanks for having us!

Great spot

Modest villa but worked well for us. Great location. We preferred it to the other side of San Stefanos as the roads were easier to navigate. Close to brilliant supermarket Nikos who deliver for free.

Lovely and very clean quiet setting to relax. A lake beach 7 mins walk away, supermarket 10 mins walk away and Kassiopi with many restaurants and bars, 5 mins in a car (20-30 mins walk ). Owner was very helpful and pleasant to deal with without intruding on our holiday.

Helen and Dimitros are fantastic hosts, and can't do enough for their guests. The villa was even better and more spacious than we expected, and is really well equipped. The pool is wonderful and a decent size.

Excellent villa, exactly what we were looking for. Clean and had all the amenities. Some of the furnishings and fittings were a little dated, but that was on no concern to us. Eleni who looked after us when needed is singled out for special praise - she was excellent - available when needed and yet gave us lots of privacy - thank you!

Liebe Eleni, Lieber Guido vielen Dank für eure herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Dimitris sehr genossen und uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dir, Eleni, für deine Hilfe, als unser vorbestelltes Taxi uns einfach nicht abgeholt hat. Dass du uns ein neues Taxi organisiert hast, hat uns in dieser stressigen Situation sehr geholfen. Das war wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und wir wissen das sehr zu schätzen. Die Villa war wunderschön, makellos sauber und der alte Olivenbaum verleiht dem Grundstück einen ganz besonderen Charme. Der einzige kleine Punkt war der teilweise schwache Handyempfang, aber dafür könnt ihr natürlich nichts. Dafür bekommt man Privatsphäre. Wir würden sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen und wenn möglich sogar etwas länger bleiben. Wir hoffen, dass das klappt. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles und alles Gute für euch! Lovely villa with gorgeous pool in a very peaceful setting. Easy walk to the beach and two great tavernas. The owner was brilliant at responding to any questions we had and the villa was very well equipped.

Fantastic well maintained villa in a great location. Quiet neighbourhood, but easy to walk to bars/restaurants/shops in Kassiopi. There are very pretty beaches nearby. Helen is a terrific host, and went the extra mile to make sure that we had an unforgettable holiday. We had a wonderful holiday here and would love to return some day!
