As soon as you step inside this beautifully modernised Victorian house, you’ll see how much care and attention has gone into presenting a truly charming terraced villa. Living room Located at the front of the house, this room really sets the luxurious tone for the rest of the property. There are homely touches aplenty, including a fireplace, plus two gloriously comfortable sofas on which you can relax and maybe catch-up with friends and family or watch the flatscreen TV (on which you can access included Netflix, or login with your own account).
Dining room Planning a meal to celebrate a special occasion during your stay? The separate dining room with its premium quality table and chairs gives you a great place to do just that. It’s also an ideal space to get laptops out and down to work. Maybe even host a work meeting here? Or use it for card or board games in the evenings? It’s up to you. The Garden South-facing and fully enclosed, this is a great space to escape to and relax, out in the fresh air. There’s an apple and damson tree from which you’re welcome to pick and eat the fruit if the trees are in season during your stay.
Kitchen Back inside to the place where all the culinary magic can happen. You have a modern kitchen with appliances aplenty to use to prepare snacks and meals for all guests. And no one needs to waste time washing up as there’s a dishwasher.
Utility room Leading off from the kitchen, this room features a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. So, if you need to keep your business clothing clean during a longer stay, or if someone spoils their favourite top on the first day and wants to wear it again, you don’t need to hunt for the nearest launderette. 4 double bedrooms With two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the top floor, there’s plenty of space for all guests to relax and recharge. All bedrooms give you plenty of storage space for your clothes, so be sure to unpack and make yourselves at home.
2 Bathrooms As well as that ensuite, there’s a large family bathroom featuring a deep tub that’s great for long soaks, and a separate shower for when you’re in a hurry. It means you can choose how you freshen up before a new day, or relax at the end of the day. High quality towels will be provided by your host for all guests.

GETTING AROUND With free on-street parking outside the house, driving here is a good option. Leicester is located in the Midlands of England, so it’s easy to access by car using the M1, M6 and M69 motorways.
But bringing a car isn’t essential. You can always get someone else to do the driving, either by hiring taxis (your host will recommend the best cab firms) or by catching buses. The number 85 runs frequent services into Leicester city centre and the nearest stop is just a 3 minute walk from the house.

Great Apartment, Short Walk from King Power
Very nice accommodations near King Power stadium. Short taxi ride to railway station and city centre. Very clean, comfortable, and easy communication with property manager. Highly recommend.
