Hosting four bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a second-floor king-size, twin and second-floor twin, along with a shower room and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen and an open-plan living/dining room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car. 119 Hilderthorpe Road is a fantastic Victorian terrace house for a group of friends or family looking for a break in Yorkshire's fantastic towns and landscapes.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car (but must allow access to the bins) (contact owner for a permit for an additional car). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.7 miles.
