Hazelglade is perfectly located in a peaceful setting, just a 5 minute wooded walk (along a level footpath) to Saundersfoot village with its award winning beach, scenic harbour and delightful range of shops, pubs and restaurants. The cottage itself is extremely well equipped and furnished to a high standard, featuring a games room with pool table and foosball table plus table tennis in the garden - perfect for keeping the kids entertained no matter what the weather!
The nearby seaside town of Tenby is just a 10 minute drive away and this cottage is also perfectly located for exploring the best of Pembrokeshire's diverse beaches, historic castles and family attractions, most of which are within a 25 minute drive.
Hazelglade enters into the hallway with doors to all rooms and the games room is accessed off the rear garden. The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area with patio doors to access the patio, garden, games room and the bubbling hot tub creates the perfect space to relax and enjoy your holiday with family and friends.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.
By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.
These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:
"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date. "Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner "Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking). "Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4. "Website" means the booking website. "Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation. "Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you. "Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website. "Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays. "Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us. "You" means the lead person making a booking through us. When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.
1. Contract and Booking We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.
Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 21 years of age.
The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.
The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)
No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.
Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.
2. Booking Fees A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.
3. Deposits and Balance Payments Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.
The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday
4. Damage Deposits Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.
5. Availability The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in these cases. The booking fee will be non-refundable in these circumstances as we will have carried out our services for this to you at the point of booking.
6. Guest Cancellations In the event of a cancellation from the lead Hirer, the deposit and booking fee will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation after payment of the balance every effort will be made to relet the property. If such reletting is possible the balance or that part thereof that is paid by another client and recouped via replacement booking will be repaid (less the deposit and booking fee).
7. Hirers' Responsibilities The lead Hirer will ensure that:
All Guests act responsibly and carefully whilst at the Property and the Property is left clean, tidy and in the same state of repair and cleanliness that it was found in, for example crockery and cutlery is washed up and put back in cupboards and refuse is disposed of. Any breakage, damage or excessive mess will be billed to, and must be paid for, by the person who booked the property. any damage or breakages made during the holiday occupancy are reported to the owner and must be paid for (wear and tear excepted); no more than the maximum number of people or pets are allowed to s

Family getaway by beach
Had a lovely few days away with son and grandchildren and dogs, Lovely walk to the beach and harbour every morning and evening. Children loved the hot tub and the games room - plenty of places to eat within walking distance and just a perfect place to have a break close to beaches and lots of dog walks and amazing pembrokeshire walks.

The property was perfect for a big family group of 3 generations. Great location with an easy walk into Saundersfoot and good access to other sites/beaches in Pembrokeshire.

Absolutely lovely ❤️
We stayed here with family and friends for a week. The bungalow is lovely, well set out, plenty of space and everything provided was home from home. Hot tub was a treat. The location was perfect and we hardly used the car! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again in our ‘happy place’. Also recommend the pub at Wiseman’s Bridge 😍 Thank you for a great holiday.

Great stay.
A spacious property which worked well for our group. The hot tub was great and the close location to the village of Saundersfoot. We didn’t need to use our car all weekend. The games room has to be accessed by going outside and into a separate door. There was everything we needed except dish clothes and more t towels needed. But recommended we enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Beauty, fun, relaxation and wi-fi!
This was our first extended family holiday in the same home and we were a little anxious (Myself and my husband, my 2 boys (11 and 8 years), my husband's daughter and her 4 children (11, 9, 7 and 2 years)), however, the calming atmosphere of this beautiful house ensured we settled in quickly and had the best week ever. The children loved the gardens and playroom (and hot tub), oh and the wi-fi, and my husband and I enjoyed everything, although after a holiday with 6 children we are a little tired now!
This is a beautiful home and we feel blessed to have stayed there. Can't wait for the next time!

A super property with lots to do
Ian was an excellent host and answered all out questions quickly. The property was excellent with a lovely open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. The bathrooms were all of a really high standard. Beds were very comfortable.The hot tub, games room and outdoor table tennis table were fantastic and used lots! An easy 10 minute stroll into Saundersfoot on a level path which was great, and lots of places to explore within a 30 minute drive- Barafundle Bay was a favourite of ours.
The only area for improvement would be the addition of an outside light at the back of the kitchen door. I would also have liked to have seen the coastal look highlighted in the hallway carried through to the bedrooms, as the furniture in there was quite old fashioned which didn't tie in with the rest of the property.
Having said that, we would definitely return and we had a great time here. Would highly recommend.

The outside light and bedroom furniture is something I was looking at sorting prior to “lockdown”. Once things are back open properly I will look at replacing the wardrobes.

Stayed at this property for a special family birthday celebration. Property is very well thought out, caters for all and is well looked after.

Lovely accommodation
We stayed here for three nights as a family of five . We enjoyed our stay the house was very clean and had everything you could need including sky tv and wi-fi . The added bonus of the hot tub and games room and outside table tennis, well used by us and not so little sons . Short walk along a flat path to the beach. Would recommend for a relaxing holiday to suit all ages . Any questions we had before arriving were answered professionally and quickly. Easy no contact checking was a plus. Would definitely return 😊

Great location and house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Our only complaint would be the 9am checkout which is just too early to get everything cleared, have breakfast and leave the house clean, particularly as we couldn’t check until 5pm so basically a 6 day rental

The reason for the 9am check out is to make sure the property can be properly deep cleaned before the next guests arrive.
The 5pm check in is to make sure all the floor and surfaces are fully dry. New chemicals are being used by the cleaning team to ensure everything is properly sanitised. This change is due to the pandemic we are currently experiencing.

Our family stay at the cottage
This cottage was perfect for myself and my family. It was lovely an spacious, Modern and clean.
9 of us stayed here and there was plenty of room. The Sofa was very comfy too.
We loved how spacious the hot tub was, the the garden furniture could sit up to 9 people. This isn't shown on the photographs, when advertising the property so I was a bit concerned if there was any sitting area, for us all so maybe put these photos up when advertising the place.
the 5 minute walk into Saundersfoot is a lovely walk too.
The manger Ian was very pro active and approachable. Not that we needed him for anything, as there were concerns. I would defiantly recommend this property

Great space, good location
We had a great time staying at this property. It suited us very well and the space was great, inside and out. Ian was brilliant at answering all questions promptly before arrival and check in process was very smooth.
Only slight issue was one of the mattresses could do with replacing as it dipped at both sides. Aside from that everything was fab.

Ideal location and great property
The property was fantastic and very large, even though we booked it for 7 of us but due to lockdown restrctions 2 parties couldnt make it so me my partner and daughter stayed. The property has everything and the location js ideal with a short walking distance to saundersfoot. Would highly recommend.

We were 2 families with 2 children aged from 9 to 13. Hot tub and ping pong were a real hit. Great location, 10 mins walk from beach and centre. Would highly recommend and visit again - thank you!
