Debido a que la automatización no me permitió instalar esto, quiero asegurarme de que la gente sepa que esta casa tiene 1 1/2 baños adentro + una ducha exterior muy privada a la sombra. Esta cabaña vintage ha sido actualizada con pintura nueva, accesorios, camas, ropa de cama, un hermoso porche con vista de 180 grados del agua, cubierta exterior, deslizamiento de barco, muelle de natación, lanzamiento de botes a menos de 1 milla por el camino, jugar al golf en Campo de golf Lake Winds dentro de 5 millas, cerca del Parque Estatal Wind Creek, Chimney Rock, The Ridge, alquilar un bote en River North Marina, hermosas puestas de sol, días llenos de diversión con actividades acuáticas y mucho espacio para jugar en tierra, así como plaza de aparcamiento. La mejor vista sobre el lago - agua por todas partes! El lote es plano con fácil acceso a la casa y al agua. Great place for a weekend getaway

The house has an amazing view of the lake and a great screened in porch with plenty of seating for everyone. The dock and lily pad were a must for the perfect weather. An overall great experience!

Fabulous quaint lake home

This is the second year we have rented this property and we love it. The location on the lake is very nice and it has an amazing view of the lake. We will definitely be back next year.

Great cozy lake house

My wife and I loved our stay! The house was very clean and cozy. From the soft sheets and comfortable beds, to the screened in porch, covered patio with grill and fans, and pier with a covered boat dock. We we will definitely be back!

We keep coming back to this wonderful lake house!!! Quaint Cottage with plenty of room for family. Such a comfortable large porch to sit & see all the views on this beautiful lake and sunsets. Sweetest owners ever!!!

Fun long weekend at the lake

Great house and location!

Overall I would rate our stay a 10/10. We enjoyed everything about the house and the location. We did not have any issues our entire stay. The house is very cozy and has a great porch! Also, the boat launch is just down the road and it is a very nice launch; not crowded at all even during the holiday weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation

A perfect location for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. The house was very comfortable with its older charm and wonderful large screened in porch. The large grounds area, pier and boat dock made it very easy to accommodate our large family. Great swimming, boat riding and beautiful water views made it a wonderful location for us. We hope to return again.

Best Trip Ever

The house is in a wonderful location! The end of the point has the most breathtaking sunsets. We enjoyed the use of the boat slip, as the boat ramp is just down the street. The fishing was amazing. We agree that this was the best trip we have taken in 22 years - and we have been all over the world! The house was clean and well supplied.

Classic Lake Martin

We had a wonderful experience at this obviously well-loved and curated family home. The setting is spectacular. The home is well appointed with everything we needed for a long weekend getaway that included a little commute to Auburn for parent's weekend. The house is authentic and quite comfortable. We plan to return!

Lovely Home, Amazing Views

The view is worth booking alone. There is nothing that can be changed to make the view better, it is perfect. The home has updated bathrooms which were extremely appreciated. Very easy to contact owners when needed. Would definitely recommend for a family get - a - way!

Didn’t want to leave!

Lake Martin has been our family vacation every year for the past 7 years. We have always stayed at the campground, but decided this year to get a house. And it did not disappoint! Other than a few storms that blew through, everything was perfect. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. Cathy was a great host! We will most definitely be booking again!

The online list was accurate in sleeps 10, but keep in mind these are 10 single beds in three bedrooms. Although it sleeps10, the rest of the house is quite small. It is completely adequate for a small family of four or five, but to have a family if 10 would be extremely cramped. a large family of10 stay

This was a great, quiet, picturesque spot on Lake Martin. The large screened in porch was used frequently to take in the great views, particularly at sunset.

Definitely Book again

This was a great location and house for my family. Love the proximity to the water (no stairs to get down to the lake). Loved the screen-in porch to enjoy the sunset. Loved the amenities they had for us to use including kayak, cornhole, etc. Overall a great place. *Only initial concern is that we had had to ask them to turn the A/C down as their instructions had it too high in July. Once we talked to them, we were able to get it at a comfortable level. Again, I definitely will reserve again.

My Grandfather built this house and we have vacationed here for the last 55 years. We love this place and are so glad we can share it with others. My husband and I live in Sylacauga where we both work and have reared our children. He an Auburn graduate and I an Alabama graduate. Been married for 40 years!! 3 beautiful children and 3 wonderful in-laws that have given us 6 grandchildren located across the country. So, we do a lot of traveling to see them.

There is plenty of space - 3 acres of open space on a point surrounded by water. The lot is flat and easily accessible and only 10 minutes from hwy 280. Private covered boat slip. Lots of parking.
