It’s the 2nd of our "twin sister" apartments and is identical to our other carefully designed space next door, featuring a blend of modern design & traditional Highland charm. Just a short stroll from the beautiful River Ness & all the wining, dining & city centre shopping means you can explore the capital without the hassle of finding a parking space.


Our Clan Grant themed interior features a designer kitchen with marble worktops, 4 seat dining area, 4k tv with Netflix, window seat & persian rugs. Underfloor heating throughout overlaid by hardwood floors.

A very spacious family bathroom offers a powerful double width rainfall head shower along with a hand held spray. Shaver sockets & anti mist mirrors are included as well as a heated towel rail.


Our apartment within an apartment is our grand master suite with its own little corridor leading to a deep sprung double bed pocket mattress dressed with 800 thread count Egyptian cotton. We also have a bedside bluetooth speaker & USB charging in both our Grand Master Suite and the twin bedroom.


Our trademark solid copper double tub is complemented by a spacious en suite shower room with a shower space offering the choice of a rainfall head or hand held spray.


Full length mirrors, heated towel rails, luxury linen, bathrobes, slippers & white fluffy towels are all part of what we offer.


With a compact desk in each bedroom we offer plug in ethernet connections for a faster and more reliable laptop connection.


From each bedroom you can open onto the private patio with high level privacy fencing and your very own entrance to our private car park.


You have a dedicated car parking space out back for parking one vehicle plus a visitors space when available or even on street parking nearby.
