Oliveto Cottage

"Oliveto Cottage" located in the green of the Tuscan hills, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, surrounded by a garden and a large olive grove and woodland, with a beautiful saltwater pool, it is equipped with outdoor space where you can relax and eat with family and friends. WIFI accessible both inside the house and outside (pool area).
"Oliveto Cottage" was born from the complete renovation (2003) of an old farmhouse of about 70 square meters equipped with over 60 square meters of equipped outdoor pavement. Types and authentic Tuscan materials such as exposed beams, terracotta, wood and stone were used in the recovery. The cottage has been comfortably furnished and is decommitted as follows:
Ground floor: Entrance, large living room with dining table and comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, fireplace and satellite TV; cozy and functional kitchen, open on the living room, complete with every accessory; bathroom (shower only).
First floor: double room with double bed; double room with two single beds. The rooms are only accessible from the outside.
Outside the Cottage, the relationship areas are paved in Tuscan terracotta and furnished with outdoor furniture (dining table with umbrella, chairs, armchairs, barbecue, etc.). The pool area (bathtub 8.20 mt.4,10), is located at the level of the rooms and is equipped with a paved solarium with shower and furnished with umbrella, pergola, armchairs, sun loungers and tables.

The house is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
The Cottage is partially fenced and has independent access with ample private parking at the exclusive disposal of guests inside the fence. The property is accessed from an unpaved road (about 400 meters from the main road), crossing a shallow stream. Access not suitable for sports cars and very low cars.
