In the hamlet Brolio 7 km from the centre of Castiglion Fiorentino, 15 km from the centre of Cortona, in a sunny position on top of a hill, located by a road, in the countryside.

ACCOMMODATION: the villa is 250 square meters and can accommodate 11+1 persons in 6 bedrooms (all air-conditioned) with 5 bathrooms. It extends on two levels with an external staircase (traditional in Tuscan architecture). The interior layout is made of open space, relaxed and rustic decor, ideal for families or groups.

Ground floor: On th ground floor you can find the main open kitchen (6 hot plates, mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and two fridge) with large dining table. Exit to the garden. One bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Living room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the patio. On the same floor, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.

First floor (with exterior staircase): open living/dining room with kitchen corner. One double bedroom, one single bedroom and a shared bathroom with shower.

On the same floor another open kitchen with small living/dining room. Two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower.

Utilities: NOTE: From the 2024 season, air conditioning will be available only in the 6 bedrooms. Washing machine, mosquito nets, baby cot and highchair for up to 2 year olds. Possibility of an extra place on the ground floor in sofa bed. Internet (Wi-Fi). Pets/dogs allowed (max. 2, with extra price). Heating available upon request, included in the price with villa temperature set at 20C°. Please note: railway line 700 m from the property.
