With plenty of beaches to visit and a number of castles to explore. It is just a 10 minute drive to the famous and historic town centre of Tenby, where you can enjoy exploring the cobbled streets and take in some of the many galleries and bistro-style restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice. Or take in the sea view and enjoy Tenby's famous fish and chips on the idyllic harbour followed by an afternoon on the gorgeous beach with the sand between your toes, building sandcastles, sunbathing, swimming or enjoying a gentle stroll. You can also take one of the many boat trips fishing or visiting the fascinating Caldey Island home of the Cistercian Monks with history dating back 1500 years. Should you or your family enjoy watching and feeding animals, then head on over to Folly Farm which is just an 8 minutes drive away. Spend the day there watching and learning about the Lions, Penguins, Giraffe and many more animals, you will be spoilt for choice. If a day out in Folly Farm is not enough for you, then head over to Manor Wildlife Park. Situated only 6 minutes from the cottage, you will be greeted by Meerkats, Zebras, Llamas, Monkeys and many more animals where you can get up close to them and have the opportunity to feed them. If you want a change of scenery from the animals, and ready for a day of adventure then head on over to Heatherton World Of Activities. Only a 6 minute drive from the cottage you will be ready for any challenges the day may bring. Whether its winning your way to first place in go carting, or showing how its done at the crazy golf you definitely wont get tired of competing here. For those quieter days of exploring Pembrokeshire, why not head on over to Saundersfoot and taste the fresh sea food they have on offer. Or make a day trip over to Bosherston Lily Ponds, where you will be able to see the beautiful Lily's at the right time of the year and walk the beautiful costal route of Pembrokeshire.

An incredible family stay in a luxury pod packed with amazing indoor and outdoor entertainment.

We loved the incredible mix of luxury and fun. The outdoor area was a highlight, featuring a relaxing hot tub and a projector for movies under the stars. Having a pool table and smart TVs both inside and out kept the whole family entertained. Inside, the pod was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with a great layout including a double bed, sofa bed, and a proper dining area. It was the perfect, high-spec base for a family weekend near Tenby.

Relaxing surroundings! Excellent amenities, very comfortable for the family.

As a family of 4, the Wi-Fi on both TVs made things so easy. Lovely thought having the pigs welcome us and running about. Very comfortable and relaxing having a choice of the hot tub and the pool table to entertain the kids.

We liked the outdoor space at Calon as even in bad weather you could still enjoy the swing pool table etc. Near lovely walks at a local nature park and the lovely beaches at Saundersfoot and Tenby.

We really enjoyed the amenities within the pod, the hot tub was a lovely way to end our evening. The bed was very comfortable, and my husband really enjoyed the Jaffa cakes. The pod was lovely and clean, although the fragrance was a little strong at first. I am looking forward to booking again for a girls weekend!

Fantastic peaceful stay with our 2 dogs.

Clean accommodation, good facilities, central location to other towns and plenty of beaches that were dog friendly. The pod was lovely and warm with everything we needed, the hot tub was spotless. The location is great, easy access to a number of places but lovely and quiet, we didn’t see anyone around us the whole time we were there it was lovely. Little treats and bits left in the pod was very thoughtful especially for the dogs. Would 100% return and have already recommended to others.

Fantastic accommodation, lovely setting and more than dog friendly

Myself and my adult daughter stayed here for a weekend. The pod (Calon) was gorgeous. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and with everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Loved seeing the alpacas and pigs wandering around. The hot tub was ready when we arrived. The outdoor fridge was a real bonus. The lodge was in walking distance of a lovely country park. Will definitely be returning.

Best Staycation We’ve Ever Had!

Honestly can’t recommend this place enough! We stayed in the Calon Pod with our German Shepherd who is quite nervous around new people. We emailed prior and they were so catering to us! The Calon Pod is completely private (apart from visits from the Alpaca’s every night which was an amazing bonus). It was super relaxing the pool table and outdoor bath were an amazing add on! We didn’t want to leave and definitely looking to come again next year! Our dog had the best time too!

Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!!

We stayed for 3 nights. We absolutely loved it. There is food left on the room for feeding the pigs which we thought was a lovely touch. The pigs are so friendly and love people. We enjoyed the hot tub every time and watched some tv on the outdoor tv while in the hot tub. We played pool a few times. We walked around the area looking at the cottages as I think I’m going to return in January with my friends. It is not far from Tenby town, we ate at the three mariners, tap&tan, and lifeboat tavern.
