We are glad to hear that the communication and check-in process met your expectations, as well as the property's location and proximity to local attractions. However, we deeply regret the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We apologize for the discomfort caused by the smell of humidity and the music coming from the bar. We have already added to the advertisement the information that there may be music at night coming from the bar. We are also working with our team to ensure that the humidity problem does not return. Regarding the bed linen and mattress, we take hygiene and the quality of our services very seriously. We will investigate what happened in this specific case to ensure that this does not happen again. We also thank you for your understanding regarding the works in the building and we regret that the notice was not sent further in advance, however, it was the notice that the condominium gave us.
