The very particular city of Caltagirone, with its baroque buildings, its famous tradition of ceramics, but also its restaurants and shops, is only 7 km away. At 40 km you will find the famous beaches of Ragusa. Archaeological sites of immense value, such as the Greek temples of Agrigento and the Roman Villa del Casale, the Baroque masterpieces in the Val di Noto, and natural wonders such as the Scala dei Turchi can all be reached between 30 and 90 minutes by car.

Renovated with eco-sustainable materials and technologies, Villa Madera is an oasis where you can meet up with your family by the pool, where you can reconcile with nature in an immense garden and where you can start to enjoy the art of a rich and extraordinary Sicilian past.

N.B. The owner lives in a cottage nearby the villa and it has 3 sweets dogs who do not bother their guests unless you would like to cuddle them. If you are afraid of animals please let us know and they will be kept inside during your stay.

N.B. On request, it is possible to add a single bed in two double bedrooms or a third single bed in the mezzanine.

The private pool measures 15x5 m. It goes from 1.25 to 1.50 m deep and it is open all year round.

Villa Madera is a bright six bedrooms villa with natural and restful tones gathered all around the 15m private pool. Five of the six bedrooms have an independent entrance from the garden and a private bathroom with shower. The sixth bedroom is on a mezzanine.
Immersed as it is in its 3 hectares of garden bordering a wood, the villa is the ideal place to recharge your batteries by breathing deeply the scents of Sicilian nature.
